Very nice and modern hotel, clean and well located in the town of Siegburg, only a few minutes away from the train station. The staff was polite and efficient and the breakfast was very tasteful.

The hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of good quality and healthy options to choose from. I liked that drinking water was delivered to our rooms in refillable glass bottles instead of polluting plastic. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff was so nice and it wasn't just due to common courtesy. I dropped my suitcase and the housekeeping staff rushed to help me. They didn't have to do this. Thank you! It was a great stay, dispite the restrictions due to Covid-19, the people there were very friendly, and the place is great. I went to the city for work reason, and going back to the KSI after office was great feeling.
