The staff was very friendly (especially the lady at the check-in). We had a beautiful spacious room with a balcony that provided panoramic views of the lake. The first minibar is included, which is very nice. The bathroom was fantastic as well, very large with a beautiful sink, and a huge plus was the amazing view of the lake from the bathtub. The hotel was very clean, and the pool was also great (an added bonus: they provided swim towels in the room, very convenient). There was nothing to complain about the breakfast; you could enjoy it while overlooking the lake, and there was plenty of variety in terms of food. We had also requested a baby crib, and they had prepared it for us along with baby products. A little lower than the hotel, you can take the bus to Überlingen. There's a good connection with two buses per hour.

Uberlingen is in a lovely location right next to Lake Constance. Lakeside promenade with lots of bars and restaurants. We stayed one night en route to Garmisch and wished we had stayed another night so we could have taken a trip on the lake.

Überlingen is a beautiful and peaceful town by Lake...

Überlingen is a beautiful and peaceful town by Lake Constance. The views are amazing, and it’s a great place to relax and enjoy nature. The town is clean and well maintained, with nice walking areas. Overall, it’s a pleasant destination, though some areas could be a bit more lively. As a foreigner in Germany, one note from my experience: if you need a reliable internet connection—especially for remote work—I would not recommend the LIDL connection (Vodafone network). The signal quality can be inconsistent, and roaming did not work well for me even when 5G was shown in Zurich, Switzerland. It may be better to consider other providers for more reliable connectivity.

We visited friends here and enjoyed the views over the lake...

We visited friends here and enjoyed the views over the lake and wandering around the waterfront. The city is known for the obvious focus of boating, bathing, and relaxing, but we also found a nice, downtown with historical charm. Try the Muenster St, Nikolaus for relics and an up-close trip back in time, and then explore the old town around it.

This is such a beautiful area to visit! I was so overwhelmed with the beautiful area and the historical town. Beautiful buildings and the vibe is buzzing with people/families walking dogs along the promenade frequently. Entertainment seemed to be more taking place in the weekend, with a fantastic artist painting and selling his artwork. There was a man with an organ grinder, and a man I am sure is a professional piano accordion player - we heard Vivaldi and Mozart pieces to name a few being played. Brava! A lady was playing a violin on one occasion. So much talent and just in the area of walking along the harbour. The area is so pretty and we walked in a few different directions, but unfortunately didn't get to the thermal spa for an aniticaped swim. The ferries are frequent leaving Uberlingen, and go to the areas across the bay. We went by train(s) to Lindau for a day, which was so picturesque on a sunny day! The town's buildings are Medieval and so unique to the area. I went to the private island of Mainau for a day and what a feast for the eyes of beauty with many gardens and places to sit and look at the lake or relax. A day of much exercise as you walk /meander around the exquisite gardens of the island. I recommend these places in particular. I have never been is such a pretty place!

Uberlingen is a quaint town by the lake Constance.

Uberlingen is a quaint town by the lake Constance. It has a long promenade for walks, and is well connected to other towns and near the border with Austria and Switzerland. There is a market every Saturday, and it has a good range of restaurants and coffee shops. It's a very relaxing and beautiful town. It served by ferry, train and buses to many corners in the region and beyond. Ideal for those who prefer the slow lane.

Uberlingen is a wonderful location on the shores of Lake Constance, I loved it! I especially admired the gardens and beautiful displays of flowers throughout the town. Various walks are clearly signposted and there is a good choice of restaurants.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated that the hotel provided parking facilities. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and healthy options. We especially liked that there were fewer overly sweet and sugary products and more wholesome choices available.

Hotel has a small pool, which my kids loved, the town is lovely and perfect for strolling, we even took a peddalo on the lake. Very close to thermal baths but we did not go, they were closed. Lake is just few minutes distance.
