This is our second stay here this year, and the experience was excellent. First, the hotel is fairly new with great facilities, and the breakfast was especially impressive — a wide variety of dishes, all delicious, and the restaurant staff were very dedicated, promptly clearing used plates. Second, the location is convenient, with a Rewe supermarket and a Rossmann store nearby, making it very easy to buy food and daily necessities. Finally, and most impressively, the staff are of very high quality and take great care of guests. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, always greeting us with smiles. Mr. Hannan Machkal deserves special praise — during our stay this past April, he patiently helped resolve an issue for us, and this time, he recognized us right away at the front desk, making us feel truly at home. He has brought the hotel a wonderful reputation. Ms. Milica Krasic was also very thoughtful — when she learned that our daughter would be joining us for the last two days of our trip, she kindly arranged an adjacent room for her. And Mr. Srinu Amgoth greeted us warmly every time we passed the front desk, promptly helping with any small issues. Here, we felt the hotel’s attentive care in every small detail, and the value for money is excellent. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our future visits to Munich.
