This place is really great...staff extremely helpful and sympathic. Ultra clean and comfortable. Located on a hill (very steep roads but this is standard in Dominica) above Picard, the southern part of Portsmouth city. View is amazing on the bay. Top WIFI and good breakfast. Location! Location! Location! This was our favorite place we stayed out of several islands by far because it sits right on the coast. The waves are spectacular there, there are beautiful rock formations in the view, and you have a sitting area to eat, a sitting area with comfortable chairs to look out, plus hammocks in another area. We absolutely loved it here and we'll certainly stay here again when we come back. It's not luxury accommodations, but the location makes up by far for any small issues.
