Great solution for excursions in Punta Cana. Easy location and great options with uber or pickups. Room was spacious and well organized. Also, restaurant offered many nice options and very good pastas.

I liked the attention with which the Head of Staff coordinates his team and with which they all manage to pleasantly surprise the clients in all chapters. I have gained an experience close to the Genius 3 Booking level with which I seek real experiences, to get to know life in the Dominican Republic and to interact with those who live here every day. I received a lot of advice from the Reception with which I managed to get on foot or by bus to various points of interest, such as Playa del Cortecito or various Markets with shops full of gifts specific to the Caribbean area. I am glad that I found an Aroma Restaurant at Playa del Cortecito where I spent the evening of Christmas Eve. I will not talk about the other attractions of the Punta Cana area because they are well known and they make us come here.

The hotel truly met our expectations. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. It took about 6 minutes to walk to the beach, but the walk was actually quite pleasant. We had an issue with the bathroom in our room on the last day, and even though we were staying only one more night, the hotel accommodated us by changing our room. The breakfast was also very tasty and filling. Our room was cleaned every day, with fresh bed linen and new towels provided daily. WiFi was extra fast! Only words of praise, truly! We also had a situation where our reservation at another hotel was canceled upon landing at the airport. Fortunately, we were able to book Green Coast Hotel the same evening for a 9-night stay.

Location was great & food was amazing! And the rooms were beautiful! Very spacious & up to date. Easy access to the beach with a 5 minute shuttle ride to the beach.

Amazing experience – they truly saved our vacation. After a very disappointing experience at another hotel, arriving here was a complete relief. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. All the staff are extremely polite, professional, and attentive. We would especially like to thank Aris at reception and Néstor at the restaurant, as they were the ones we had the most contact with. Their kindness and professionalism made a huge difference and made us feel truly valued as guests. The hotel itself is magnificent. The facilities are modern, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. Everything is clean, high quality, and clearly well managed. You can really feel the care and attention to detail. There are many services available, everything is well organized, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. This hotel truly saved our vacation, and we are very grateful for the experience. Without a doubt, we would love to come back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a quality stay – you won’t be disappointed.

Very well-located hotel. We spent most days at the beach using the provided loungers and umbrellas from the beach club. The host stayed in touch and answered all our questions quickly. Zero problems during our trip, would return.

Good stay overall. The location is ideal if you want to be close to the water. Having parking and two pools on-site made things very convenient. The area has a good vibe with plenty to do in the evenings. Helpful host as well.

Nuestro apartamento estaba equipado con todo lo que necesitábamos, incluso detalles como exprimidor y cafetera. La decoración era sencilla pero elegante, ideal para el descanso. Disfrutamos mucho de la privacidad de los jardines y del silencio del entorno. La piscina tenía una vista increíble, y pasábamos horas allí. Todo el lugar transmite paz y armonía.
