Everything was perfect.. Starting from the reception in the front desk. They were very friendly. I would like to thank Mr. Adel, Belal, Ismail for their kindness. Heba and her supervisor who made the welcome gift and flower inside the suit. I want to that the responsible person for that.. I would like to tell that I was having a problem during my booking from my bonvoy app and I booked thru booking.. They noted that I am owner from my e-mail and they updated my room to presedential suit with flowers and welcome snacks and poster for Maryiott Heliopolis.. Really I was proud to be onwer on the Group.. I will never forget Sheraton Annaba and your kindness and hospitality.

A very bad experience. No information was given about the apartment to find it. There was no number, precise location, or contact number. I tried to call the number on the website, which is a number in France. There was no response. I sent many messages on the phone and e-mail to Booking to send the location and apartment number, or to send a contact number in Annaba and there was no response even though they knew that I was with children and the weather was very bad and the rain was heavy, but unfortunately there was no response. Their treatment was unprofessional and irresponsible, especially since there is no information about the apartment on Booking except for the pictures. As for the area, it is full of chaotic construction and difficult to access and transportation is very difficult there. I don't recommend it. After a long wait, from 11:00 am until 14:00 pm, I had to book a hotel room because the taxi I booked refused to wait with me any longer, and waiting for it also cost me a lot of money.☹️
