My three nights stay at this hotel was absolutely phenomenal! On the way to the hotel, me and my friend we got some serious problems with a car which caused a delay in our arrival to this hotel. Although we called the staff to inform them about our late arrival, we had no idea that we would arrive super late. Despite the fact the hotel cancelled our reservation in the meantime thinking that we wouldn't show up anymore, when we did very late at night, the reception staff was super fast and helpful to renew the reservation. I really appreciated their empathy with our difficult situation with the car and the very late arrival, and their effort to make everything very easy for us. The room was absolutely great, very spacious, great bathroom, super comfortable beds. I also enjoyed all the hotel facilities such as sauna, indoor and outdoor pools, and the gym, and they were all fantastic! We absolutely loved the breakfasts but what really stands out are the staff members. No matter if at the reception, in the restaurant, at the gym...they were all super professional. I wouldn't hesitate a single second to stay here again. THANK YOU!

I stayed here for two nights. The host Romy was so nice, who helped me communicate with the taxi driver to tell him the precise address. The room is very comfy with many plants outside and cute little decorations inside. I had a very good conversation with Romy. She is really a good friend. She made my trip in Algeria more beautiful.
