Very clean, great location, really comfortable. Close to the main parks and places to eat/drink and it felt safe after dark/early morning. Staff were nice and helped with early checkout!

We loved our stay at Casa Marmol! We initially booked 2 days but stayed 4. The family was lovely and took great care of us. Irma always had a smile and offered many suggestions for activities in Riobamba. I celebrated my birthday there and she made it extra special by baking me a cake! . Very comfortable and immaculately clean small hotel on a quiet street. All the staff were super friendly and worked very hard to make sure we had a great stay. Special mention to Luis in this respect. There is a cafe/restaurant which served an excellent steak, followed by a very good apple cake. Breakfast was fine with omlette and toasties on offer with good coffee. Secure parking is available at another property nearby,, and a lift was available to and from there.
