The location was amazing, very short walking distance to the historic cental park area, restaurants, markets and public transportation. Winston who was on the desk many days throughout our stay provided exceptional service. Winston's English is excellent as well and that was very helpful.

Awesome location in the middle of historical city, I can’t thank enough the staff who went beyond expectations to ensure we feel comfortable and address any issues, if I could, I will give the staff a 12. The building was beautiful, nice breakfast, awesome view from the room.

The building is a historic building from 1856. The decoration, the setting, and the original features make this hotel an architectural treasure.

It was very nice to be greeted by Stephen and another young lady. Stephen went above and beyond he really is a true Manager! We loved that we were welcomed the other gentleman walked us to the elevator and explained everything to us. The elevator was pretty cool. We appreciate The light sensors in the hallways. We appreciate the notice in the bathroom walls on how to save water. The whole properties was very clean. The two complementary waters came in handy. The upgrades look great. We love that our room overlook the cathedral. We thought the breakfast included was delicious and the rooftop restaurant was very pretty. The views were just spectacular. When we went for a walk, the staff offered umbrellas that came in handy. Appreciated the 10% off.

The Best Location. Easy to walk everywhere I want to go. Many cafes and restaurants are nearby. Even though my flight was very early in the morning, the staff helped me get the taxi.

A fantastic stay. I can't fault anything about the hotel. A stones throw from Cuenca cathedral. Superb staff especially Vivian and Jaime. Beautiful interior and balconies. The staff went above and beyond when Latam cancelled our flight to Quito. With my lack of Spanish, they contacted Latam to see what was going on and even printed boarding passes at the hotel. Jaime on the front desk was superb. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel in beautiful Cuenca.
