The hotel was great! Good location, very clean, comfy pillows, good water pressure in the shower. It was very quiet overnight. It feels very safe. We did not eat here but saw people doing so and the food looked very good. One thing to note: if you have an early morning check out to catch a flight, unfortunately you will have to wake the concierge - they sleep on-site, all of the lights in the building will be out, and all of the front doors are locked up tight. Not a bad thing, just something to be aware of beforehand.

Great experience, beautiful renovated house. Service was impecable and helpful. Concierge was helpful in arranging a tour to Ingapirca, reservation in restaurants. The location was ideal, we walked to museums, churches, restaurants, clubs. Great place, great location

The room I was given was beautiful, vintage and absolutely spotless, the bed was comfortable and the hosts were super lovely and helpful; I had a bus at 6am and they called a taxi for me! The hotel is also located in the perfect location, very close to everything.

Everything about this property was perfect! The hosts: responsive to messages and friendly. The property: looks exactly as shown in the photos, spotless, modern, has everything you may need, hot water in the shower, good water pressure, nice large towels, a balcony, super comfortable bed, warm and cosy bedding, ideal location as it is close to everything and it's very easy to catch a taxi right outside.

Super nice and helpful hosts, always there if needed, a brand new flat, very clean, perfect location, yummy breakfast, balcony and a cosy garden, good security, central location, what else can one hope for? One of the best properties I’ve ever booked and it was definitely the best value for money!

Very nice. We had a ground floor room that opened to the gardens. Beautiful! The staff are amazing. Friendly, professional and sincerely helpful with anything needed. Location is ideal. Cleanliness and comfort are 10++. Wifi was good.
