HungaryAbsolute superb service. Had problems on the road with our car, arrived with a 5 hrs delay after 1am. Despite this, the owner was extremely helpful and kind, was very responsive and flexible. Went beyond normal by organizing a mechanic to come to the apartment and repair our car right in the morning.
Can only recommend, super nice people , clean , spacy apartment, silent , safe neighbourhood at a super price.

Great bed, great shower. Towels all superclean and fluffy. Breakfast was amazing. The whole place is just really well thought through. Attention to details in everything. And don't get me started about the dreamy smell of the rosemary and lavender in the garden... Truly amazing.

Wilmer is an utter delight, nothing is too much trouble for him; breakfast was delicious; all the staff incredibly welcoming and friendly; room was beautiful, bed very comfortable; lots of lovely, tranquil spaces to hang out. Traditionally built apartment complex very close to Cuenca historic centre. Our apartments (we extended our stay so had to move) were simple, but the beds were excellent and there were ample facilities for self catering. We found the rooms well soundproofed. The staff were very friendly and there is secure off street parking. It's about ten minutes walk to the historic centre and many restaurants and bars.
