Absolute superb service. Had problems on the road with our car, arrived with a 5 hrs delay after 1am. Despite this, the owner was extremely helpful and kind, was very responsive and flexible. Went beyond normal by organizing a mechanic to come to the apartment and repair our car right in the morning. Can only recommend, super nice people , clean , spacy apartment, silent , safe neighbourhood at a super price.

This place is just simply splendid. It's a real gem. Great bed, great shower. Towels all superclean and fluffy. Breakfast was amazing. The whole place is just really well thought through. Attention to details in everything. And don't get me started about the dreamy smell of the rosemary and lavender in the garden... Truly amazing. Don't look any further. Just book this place and thank me later.

From A to Z all was perfect and i am not used to that;) Maria is a great host. I felt really like a family friend here. She also help me plan my trip with usedull advises. The room was also very comfortable, much more than the average room i had so far in Equator. Delicious breakfast. Would love to come back if i come back to Cuenca ;)

What a perfect place to stay in Cuenca, the best place we stayed in our 5 weeks in Ecuador. Wilmer is an utter delight, nothing is too much trouble for him; breakfast was delicious; all the staff incredibly welcoming and friendly; room was beautiful, bed very comfortable; lots of lovely, tranquil spaces to hang out.
