Very warm and welcoming. Christian and Emily were delightful and made our stay extremely comfortable and special

Excelent location - at the margins of the beautiful river, walking distance to touristic site in Puerto Santa Ana, walking distance to cable cars, a little longer but still walkable to malecon of the center, many options of great restaurants and bars nearby, very close to airport. Room was big. Bed was king size and very comfortable. Shower water was very, very warm. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, during lunch time, chef was a very, very friendly lady who gave me the best recommendations (best shrimp soup I had ever had). Pool area at the roof top was superb, WONDERFUL 360o degree view of the city and of the river!

I've been 5 times at this hotel, just amazing! Highly recommended!

Great location 5 min walk from main tourist areas, very clean and helpful staff. Really good value for money

Great hotel, good location. Safe parking

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the beds were comfortable, the whole stay was a pleasure.

The hotel was beautiful with nice decorations and perfect views. But even better was the staff. We needed some medical care and the staff helped us with all our needs. Much recommended!

A stunning hotel on the riverside right in the heart of Guayaquil's Historic Park. The rooms are large and well decorated, the service is excellent and the food - both at breakfast and in the various restaurants - is really good. By staying at the hotel you are located literally inside the park, which has a lot of flora and fauna as well as various old buildings that have been restored either as museums or in one case as an upscale restaurant. Guayaquil is very hot and humid, and the hotel felt like an oasis from the city and the heat. It has an orchid garden courtyard inside, a beautiful old chapel which is still active, and a very pretty and well appointed gym. We spent a lot of our stay in and around the hotel, and although it's definitely not cheap, we were extremely grateful to have booked it (we were stopping in Guayaquil on our way to Galapagos).

Clean, efficient, friendly. Very recommended.

Great central location, nice breakfast, good pool

Modern clean hotel in good location. Staff very polite and helpful

Great place and really nice staff! We actually ended up staying an extra week I think.

The room was big. And they let us do late check in.

I spent 8 nights in Hotel Boutique and it was great. Nice room with comfortable bed, desk, dressing drawer, great location very close to Malecón and the center of Guayaquil. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, they made coffee early for me in the morning and were helpful overall.

Was in a safe area and close to nice restaurants.

Safe location. Cafes nearby. Comfy bed.

Location is nice close to Malecón. Room with view is better than without but still clean and comfy

The location was good, walking distance to all sights. The room was good, a few bugs here and there but this is the climate where they thrive. Right opposite the hostel is good place for breakfast. Fan was sufficient.

Room is big, clean and comfortable. It is riggt next to police station so the area is very safe. There is a restaurant in the ground floor with delicious and cheap breakfast and lunch.

Central and clean. Staff mostly helpful.

The staff, everyone were absolutely amazing.
