Excellent service, good food, very nice and quite place.

I received a warm welcome at Reception and an even warmer welcome when a Spanish gentleman dressed as a waiter took my bag and led me to my room. After about five minutes there was a knock on the door and the same man was outside holding a spoon and serviette in one hand and a beautifully decorated cup cake covered with a cake bell cover in the other. I have never received anything quite like this in all my years of travelling (though I did once receive a bottle of beer in Bahrain), the cup cake was embedded with jam and smothered with cream topped with fruit and a twirl of gold leaf, it was delicious. When I went down to the restaurant the same Spaniard was also barman and restaurant server. It’s a good job it wasn’t busy but he was fantastic, attentive and perfect in his service. His service really was exceptional, I can only assume that he is the owner? My room was very comfortable with everything that I needed and I enjoyed a good night’s sleep and shower in the morning. The only issue I had was arriving for breakfast at the allotted time to be told that the server was late. However, when the server did arrive breakfast was exceptional with many elements and in good quantities. All in all a very enjoyable stay, I would stay here again and I can honestly recommend it to others. As for the Spaniard, he is one of a kind and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. Old fashioned service at its best

Absolutely perfect place. Very clean, well thought, good breakfast, parking, working wifi, hot water. And, moreover, very nice staff. Liked the hotel!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has an authentic charm, with high-quality materials and excellent maintenance throughout. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well finished. The beautifully landscaped gardens create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and are one of the hotel’s highlights. The hotel beautifully showcases the work of local artists, with several hallways curated like small art galleries. There is also an impressive collection of well-preserved antiques throughout the property, adding charm, character, and a sense of history. Together, they make the hotel a perfect showcase of the region’s traditional art, culture, and heritage. The spa and the other facilities are excellent, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. The restaurant is outstanding, with excellent service and delicious cuisine. Breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Every dish is beautifully presented, making the restaurant a perfect ambassador of Ecuador’s rich and diverse gastronomy. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

Central location, amazing room, great bed, free laundry, free water, budget price. This place was superb!

Very noise place, we couldn't stay. Noise in the street, noise in the room beside, because a young couple were having a party .

Amazing rooms, modern and very clean. Great secure parking for our motorbikes. Everything you could need and the hosts are amazing. Breakfast was also fantastic and one of the best we have had. Very quiet location.

We had a lovely room and lashes if hot water which after days at hotels where caliente meant lukewarm was absolutely brilliant. The hotel is far away from anything that would cause too much noise so we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was OK. The parking worked fine.

Basic but comfortable accommodation. Perfect for a night or 2 nearby the bus terminal and at a few steps from the center.
