Excellent hotel. Great value for money. The reception staff was very helpful and specially Maria the hotel Manager went out of her way to help us. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and juice.

Solid hotel with really nice staff in a good area of Lisboa. Water was hot, the place was quite, and everything was walking distance. Solid out!

Great location, well trained and helpful staff

Hotel Santa Maria is in a great location, close to the Metro and Trolebus. El Jardin Mall is a short 5 minute walk. Katarina at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful on how to best get around the city. Breakfast is included and it was exceptional, the view of the city and surrounding mountains from the 8th floor dining area was quite an unexpected treat.

The building is steeped in history and the decor and flower arrangements 100% Fernando, concierge, was very attentive and professional The restaurant was excellent - 10 course tasting menu was the best we have had

This place is a gem! I already booked a second stay. The room with the balcony is very spacefull and the staff brought me breakfast to have there, it was magical! The place is also very well located close to all major spots in old town. There is also a great rooftop! The room was spotless and the staff was always ready to help. I checked in and out off work hours and they made sure to be there for me, I really appreciate.

Amazing location right in the middle of Centro Historico. Ask for room #8 - the best. Beautiful courtyard. Very helpful staff is the greatest asset of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel overlooking Santa Domingo Square. We had a suite with amazing views, comfortable arm chairs and a superking bed. Felt like a bit of 1930s grandeur. Staff friendly.

We came back after a few days. We had a better room (2 beds, more space). We were very sick and manage to rest well. Plus the staff was really helpful with us. Thank you

The hotel is located in the heart of Quito. There are many nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms are large and have all the necessary amenities.
