Very friendly staff, clean, close to the are of the city i wanted to be in and out like the RO water system on each floor and the great food.

The best hotel in Quito, everything perfect! That simple!

The staff is kind and willing to help us. At check in we had a problem with the price because the booking showed a different price and at the hotel they asked us for extra money but luckily the hotel manager came and we paid what the application said. A very kind gentleman and smiling. At breakfast there was an abundance of food, juices and coffees. The rooms were extremely clean and every two days we had new towels. From my room I had a view of the street and the mountain of Quito. I would definitely stay there again!!

Hotel Santa Maria is in a great location, close to the Metro and Trolebus. El Jardin Mall is a short 5 minute walk. Katarina at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful on how to best get around the city. Breakfast is included and it was exceptional, the view of the city and surrounding mountains from the 8th floor dining area was quite an unexpected treat.

I loved the end-to-end service, the staff’s kindness, the cleanliness, the spacious rooms, and the high-quality facilities and the amazing breakfast.

Large room, very comfortable bed, great bathroom. Very varied breakfast. Lovely lady at check-in, also door staff. Could even see the Panecillo and Basilica in the distance from my window. 5 minutes walk to Jardin Mall. Exceeded expectations and much more reasonably priced than the other chain hotels on the other side of La Carolina park.

The staff were really friendly and informative and the location was really great, walking distance to pretty much everything.

We absolutely loved the view from the rooftop! We ate breakfast there every morning and sat there at night. :) We also loved the room!! It had a very comfortable bed, a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub and it was always clean!

Outstanding hotel (incredible decoration everywhere, it feels like a museum), perfect service and simply the best view of Quito. Ideal location to explore the city or surroundings. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the staff is super friendly. I appreciated that they fill up your water bottles for free

The staff was very friendly, in particular I want to thank one of the receptionists (unfortunately I don't remember her name) for informing me where I can buy the SIM card and also helping me to install it. Thank you!👏

The property is stunning and gorgeous and so beautifully done…it’s exotic and thoughtfully designed luxurious . the Staff were amazing we had a two bedroom suite with a private access to the terrace. The views were stunning and location fabulous and the food was fabulous

Very frienfly staff, helpful in each and every matter. First night we had a bit noiser toom, but we could change the other day. Location is best: just on the corner of Plaza Grande. Also their restaurant recomendstion was perfect.

The hotel is located in the heart of Quito. There are many nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms are large and have all the necessary amenities.
