Great location, well trained and helpful staff

The room was very spatious and well lit. The air conditioner worked flawlessly. The breakfast was very good The room service was good but a tad expensive. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood.

Solid hotel with really nice staff in a good area of Lisboa. Water was hot, the place was quite, and everything was walking distance. Solid out!

Hotel Santa Maria is in a great location, close to the Metro and Trolebus. El Jardin Mall is a short 5 minute walk. Katarina at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful on how to best get around the city. Breakfast is included and it was exceptional, the view of the city and surrounding mountains from the 8th floor dining area was quite an unexpected treat.

I liked everything and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed the time in the centre of Quito. Apartment was nice. The bed was comfortable. Personal was very helpful.

The building is steeped in history and the decor and flower arrangements 100% Fernando, concierge, was very attentive and professional The restaurant was excellent - 10 course tasting menu was the best we have had

(1) Enormous empathy afforded by managers including wide comprehension on guests' needs; (2) true boutique hotel with rich display of artistic and collection items that inspire a warm welcome atmosphere; (3) very comfortable beds/matress; (4) location right in the center of old town; (5) excellent and reliable own driving service.

Beautiful hotel overlooking Santa Domingo Square. We had a suite with amazing views, comfortable arm chairs and a superking bed. Felt like a bit of 1930s grandeur. Staff friendly.
