Everything was great. Location and the staff was excellent We flew out early early. So we didn’t try the breakfast. But it looked like they had a small breaky area. Very good deal. Aloha

The family ambiance and excellent attention

One of the greatest hotels I stayed at. Super safe, clean, luxury and close to the airport. Totally recommend it.

Close to the airport and its cleanliness.

Close to the airport for a convenient place to stay for a night or 2. The hotel staff were wonderful.

Walking distance to the airport. Restaurant on site.

A stunning hotel on the riverside right in the heart of Guayaquil's Historic Park. The rooms are large and well decorated, the service is excellent and the food - both at breakfast and in the various restaurants - is really good. By staying at the hotel you are located literally inside the park, which has a lot of flora and fauna as well as various old buildings that have been restored either as museums or in one case as an upscale restaurant. Guayaquil is very hot and humid, and the hotel felt like an oasis from the city and the heat. It has an orchid garden courtyard inside, a beautiful old chapel which is still active, and a very pretty and well appointed gym. We spent a lot of our stay in and around the hotel, and although it's definitely not cheap, we were extremely grateful to have booked it (we were stopping in Guayaquil on our way to Galapagos).

"Incredible service! Ariana and the staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a beautiful room upgrade and a thoughtful welcome gift. The room was spacious, quiet, and exactly what we needed to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Guayaquil—we will certainly be back!"

The staff truly were incredible from the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to help. For example, we needed assistance with our Galapogos form, and was helped with each step. As well, we needed some cash from an ATM, the security man didn't just tell us where the bank machine was. He went with us and stood by as we got our cash out. The morning shuttle was stuck waiting at the airport, and without us knowing, they had a paid private taxi at the door minutes early the take us. That is great customer service. We highly recommend this hotel! We also tried the room service food, and it was great, reasonable.

Room services portions were huge and the prices are ok. The buffet breakfast was average.

Second time we've stayed here in 8 days at either end of our Galapagos trip. A great place to stay and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

everything OK A big plus is the colombian restaurant at 2 min. walk.

It’s located 2 minutes from the airport and 5 from the bus station

Basic but clean hotel and accepted my pets. No elevator so if climbing stairs is difficult for you this may not be the locations for you. Convenient to the airport. Close to mall for meals.

Very helpful staff and great location near airport and shopping centre

Very good location near the airport, the airport shuttle worked perfectly. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.

Close to the airport. Helpful staff. Nice and clean.

Place was spotlessly clean. Suite had Netflix or Youtube.
