We arrived in the evening, the reception hall + restaurant has a beautiful view of montagne with fireplace. Taking a pisco sour made by Victor was real nice memory. The stuff were very professional and friendly, thanks a lot to Victor !

Lovely environment, with alpacas and other animals, the staff very nice and helpful and lovely food - really lovely modern cuisine.

We had the most amazing stay at Hacienda El Porvenir. It was just fantastic. The property is stunning. A beautiful farm house that instantly makes you feel like home. It is peaceful, calming and relaxing and we loved just sitting by the fire in the lounge room. Our bedroom was lovely - the fire kept us warm and it had all the comforts we could want. We loved the hot water bottles as night - such a lovely touch. The food was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing and the lunch and dinner choices were excellent. So we really loved El Porvenir - but what made it even more special were the people. The front desk team were exceptional - Joanna, Matias and Raphael went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. They were incredibly helpful and personable and they made our stay extra special. As did everyone else in the team - from the beautiful ladies who kept our fires going to the gentle,smiling ladies in the restaurant. The team at Porvenir are truly exceptional.

I can't recommend enough! We only had one night after exploring Cotopaxi but I wish we had more to properly explore the area. The house was clean, all the amenities you could want and comfortable. Frank and his family are amazing hosts. They made home made meals for us, told us about the area and we even got introductions to the animals from their gorgeous daughter!
