The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There is a cafe next door which is part of the hotel where you can get coffee, drinks and light meals. The food there was very good as was the breakfast.

Everything was just perfect! Unfortunately, we stayed only one night, but this place is just great and the hosts could not have been more helpful, the communication was excellent and the coffee was the best ever. This small hotel is not only new (opened three years ago) but also perfectly maintained and super clean. Tucked in a quiet and safe corner, in a short walking distance to a shopping mall (2 mins away), taxis and ATMs, the hotel is also close to the city centre, so we even walked downtown (15 mins) and back in the evening. The beds meet the standards of a four-star hotel, so you can sleep comfortably after chilling in bed watching Netflix and resting before climbing Chimborazo.

Excellent attention! We had a medical situation with the altitude and the hotel stuff immediately called an ambulance that helped us a lot as part of their included services. Food, cleanliness, and friendliness was top and we will definitely be coming back if we have the chance.

It was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The overall place was really good, the breakfast was nice, they even started a bonfire for us with marshmallows.

Very pretty hotel with a well decorated patio and rooms. Rooms face inward so I was very quiet at night. Nice bathroom too. Breakfast is served at the restaurant downstairs.

Comfortable, centrally located hotel in Riobamba within walking distance of the main markets and train station (though as of early 2026 there are no trains running though there is a very good artisan market set up in it), comfortable beds and hot water. Staff were especially helpful, assisting us with getting a taxi/guide to Chimborazo and proactively offering us the choice between a street-facing room with a better view (but more street noise) or a quiet interior room (but lacking the mountain view). That was an especially appreciated and thoughtful touch.
