The host was very hospitable, the place was nice and clean, there was everything you need. The main room had a very comfortable wooden bed. The room was equipped with sauna, which was great after long day on a rally event. Very easy to control. Next time I will book the same room. You can also go straight to the shopping mall by the elevator as the hotel is connected to Launakeskus, the biggest shopping centre in Tartu.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the spa is very cozy, the breakfast is good, and the location is excellent. Even though slippers were not provided in our room, we were still very satisfied with the hotel, the staff, and the services.
