I didn’t stay at this property. On the day of my arrival, they told me they couldn’t book me in the hotel (not sure why) but they’ve arranged for my stay at their partner hotel nearby. Everything was arranged for and i had a smooth check-in/out experience.

We were impressed the minute we walked through the door: the lobby was decorated for the holidays with a large Christmas tree and felt very cozy. The staff at check-in was friendly and made us feel welcome. Once we arrived in the room, we found a bottle of cava waiting for us to celebrate my wife’s birthday, which was much appreciated. We ordered room service and loved the bread and cheesecake. We ate and drank with a wonderful view of the old town, which was even better during the day. The hotel was within a 15-minute walking distance of the old town, while being in a modern building itself. The bed was large and comfortable. We had requested a quiet room, and it was: we didn’t experience any noise from other guests. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice from the buffet but the best part was the made-to-order eggs, pancakes and yoghurt. We had originally planned to eat breakfast out but decided to have every breakfast in the hotel instead.
