A gorgeous hotel with such welcoming staff in the centre of the old town and close to other amenities nearby with Balti Jaam which is a collection of food, markets, supermarkets and speciality shops a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The walls in the hotel form part of the old town wall, which is so unique and a Bolt or taxi ride is a 10 minute journey into the city centre. I stayed twice on different occasions on my visit and both were fabulous. The rooms were immaculately clean with adjustable temperature controls as it was very cold outside and they even packed me a breakfast takeaway for my early morning flight departure. Could not recommend highly enough.

The staff were lovely and helpful, they allowed us to check in earlier as our room was ready. The sauna and pool facilities were exceptional and a highlight of our stay and the rooms were perfect. Thank you!
