Location was excellent for us as we were in Helsinki to do parkrun. Facilities were good, enjoyed the pool although it was quite cold. Loved the sauna. The breakfast was amazing!

For me, the location was perfect because I don´t like driving in Helsinki city center. From the hotel, there is a 15 min walk to the train station with direct connection to the center. Also, there is free parking outside the hotel. The hotel looks unassuming from the outside but the the room is very fresh and has everything needed. The hotel is moderately priced and it is my new favourite in Helsinki.

Location is excellent! Very close to the center (like 10-15 min walk), but not in the middle of the busy central area, which is perfect. The transportation is just 1-3 minute walk and has all the necessary public transportation needed for the main attractions and to go to the center, shopping area etc. The breakfast is very good, a-la carte options of omelets, and a choice of coffees. Rooms is excellent, spacious, but comfy and cozy, modern and quite new, in good condition. The shower has proper water pressure and different temperatures. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable for women. Coffee, teas, slippers, bathrobe, iron board, and iron - rooms have all the necessities for a comfortable stay! Staff is exceptionally warm, welcoming, polite, and helpful!

Scratch beneath the small-town surface of Helsinki and you will find a cosmopolitan metropolis buzzing with a lively attitude and plenty of excitement.     Helsinki is very easy to get around, by offering great rail and bus connections, as well as featuring expansive bicycle and pedestrian routes. It is relatively flat, so walking or cycling across the city are not an issue. It has a great mix of historic and modern buildings, with beaches, parks and other public spaces for a variety of activities. Worth visiting and spending a few days there!

    I had never thought about visiting Helsinki and was...

    I had never thought about visiting Helsinki and was pleasantly surprised. I loved the harbour, culture and friendliness of the people. The green areas of the city were beautiful as was the food and the markets. We ate a various places including the hotel where we stayed and the market stalls. We also took a hop on hop off bus that gave us two days for the price of one and it got us to all areas in Helsinki and was so much cheaper than getting a taxi and also had the added benefit of giving us some background and history of the sites and areas we visited.

    A marvellous old city.

    A marvellous old city. History, buildings, marina, shopping. It seems expensive to me. Usual food and taxis are expensive, and then we found LIDL in the city. We took a day cruise across to Tallinn. There are multiple cruise line options. Old Tallinn is worth the trip. A free walking tour (but tips suggested) is a must. Take a tram or train rather than a taxi. Get out of the main part of the city if you can - even just a few kilometres walk or tram ride is enough - there are some great areas with different food options and things to see.

    Wonderful city full of interesting buildings, museums, parks, great restaurants and cafés. People are very friendly and helpful. A great city to wander around in. The pubic transport is easy to use and inexpensive -- wide selection of trams, busses, and the Metro.

    Great. Clean city. Safe. Warm at the time of the year we visited. Busy, but not hectic. Tons of things to see from forts on islands, to sauna's by the beach or even in the port. Great people and great food. Friendlier than I expected

    Helsinki was a great find for us.

    Helsinki was a great find for us. Right from the Airport we found the locals so very helpful and always wanting to make us feel welcome. Our Summer visit suited us and there are many attractions to explore - we spent time at the Suomenlinna Fortress , this had many historic events to visit, beautiful views and lots of cafes and restaurants for the day. We enjoyed the Jazz open air concerts on the pier and a tour on the SparaKoff Beer Tram to name a few attractions. Free guided tours (GURU Walks) are a great way to find your way around the City and what activities are relevant for the time of year. We ate well at various places and prices were more affordable than we expected.

    located walking distance to city center, the hotel offers a lot of facilities, like nice, large bathroom with shower cabin, kitchenette - thanks for coffee and tea -, laundry room, sauna, luggage storage. Convenient system of electronic keys, meaning there's no extra charge for late arrivals. Lidl supermarket next door. We tried the Nepalese and armenian restaurants nearby, both very good.

    The atmosphere and service were luxurious and worthy of a first-class hotel. Very good location, close from the central station, middle of the city center. I arrived to the hotel at 6 am(because my flight from Tokyo arrived 4:00am!) and my room was perfectly ready. I was able to check in early at 6am with no additional charges! Spa was great too.

    The location of this Hotel is very convenient, close to train station and city center. The check in is very easy with the given instructions.
