It is not exactly located in the city centre but it's a 20 minutes bus ride from the Helsinki Central Station. You can take buses 40/200/300/400. The staff was always very kind and helpful. My friend and I did not access the wellness centre but I read some good reviews.

Hotel in Kamppi, Helsinki
This central self-service Helsinki hotel is situated less than 850 metres from Helsinki Central Station and Kamppi Shopping Centre. The booking is easy, you will be required to fill in your passport details online, if you forget you will receive a reminder, as the hotel will not provide you with you code until you do so. The reason is there is no reception service here to do it upon arrival. Once they have all your details they will send by email your code tge day of your arrival which is your "key" to the building, to the lift and to your room, which I find very safe. The room was spotless, quite big, space for luggage, bathroom is basic but really all we needed (bring your shower gel and shampoo!). Beds are very comfortable. As there is no breakfast option, there is a microwave, a fridge and a space with seats and table, as well as kettle tea and coffee which is great as we arrived at midnight on arrival day. Location is great, 10 min from the Central Station (VR and HSL) and 10 min from the Kamppi shopping centre where the lower level is the bus station (eg to go to Porvoo) Price is very good and we will gladly come back on our next visit ! Kiitos!

Helsinki was a very interesting holiday, the buildings are stylish and art deco/ art nouveau, with a touch of a Russian vibe. Transport is excellent, would particularly recommend the rock church, the botanic gardens and the museum. We recommend lunches at Stockmanns also the Helsinki card is good value.
Amazing city and people. Architecture, design, restaurants, attractions. Friendly people, English speaking almost all. Walk along the coast, visit the open and closed markets. The food is excellent and there are so many small, hole-in-the-wall restaurants. You will shop. A lot. Wanting or not 😂 Italla, Marimekko, Nanso, artec, Aarikka the town is chock-a-full in design.
I liked Helsinki very much as I was able to do many interesting walks especially the 15km trail around the inner city. There are many ferry options to visit the islands too and lovely, various sauna & pool options for sport or relaxation. There’s a huge variety of restaurants and bars for a good nightlife. The people are helpful if advice is needed. And, the city is very clean!
Honestly, we couldn't go to many tourist attractions due to the weather. It was also because my son sadly had to study for his uni assessments during our last days in Helsinki. But, we were blown away with the beauty of Helsinki Cathedral in the snow. Oodi, Helsinki Central Library, took our amazement on the facilities provided to the library card holders. Uspenskin Cathedral and the Old Market Hall should not be missed out in the itinerary. In my view, Helsinki is a clean and beautiful city with a mix of the old buildings with beautiful architecture and the modern buildings. The tap water is so pure to drink.
Nice small city, weather was too cold (early January). However, everything is well prepared for cold, the city is immaculate and all public transport is electric so you have minimum pollution and 0 noise what's invaluable. Elegant shopping malls, posh restaurants and lots of wonderful sculptures along the main street. A must, the Cafe Engel in front of the Senate, at Torikorttelit in the Old Helsinki
it was my sixth or seventh time there, the trips vefore were businesses oriented only, this time was a vacation, i always enjoy the time there and the friendly faces and environment. I have planned to attend the Christmas there but unfourtantly arrived two days late. Overall, I've enojeyed my time there
everything was perfect . we came from Paris to Helsinki , i traveled with my two daughters. the location is so good ! less than ten minutes walk to the central station as we need to go back to the airport the next day. the location of the hotel I love , there are many places to eat near by and there are malls around . i enjoyed my stay a lot , the Staff was called Emma and she was helpful and truly lovely , thank you so much , I don't usually take time to write a review but this time is a must . have a nice holidays everyone ,
While the hotel is located a little further out of the city center it is easy reachable by public transport (10-20 min ride depending on intended destination) . The rooms were very well-designed to provide needed comfort and provided facilities as wellness space were available and cozy organized The surrounding neighborhood is calm and convenient for morning activities and enjoy the nature as the public areas are green and set along water space. The breakfast was excellent. The staff on reception were very professional and helpful.
The location was amazing since it was situated in a quiet area in the Helsinki suburbs. Even though it was outside the city, it had easy access with the bus lines right outside the hotel going right into downtown. There is also a bus line that would come every hour that goes to the airport as well! Inside the hotel, my room had good amenities and had everything I needed for my stay in Helsinki. My favorite part was being able to use the pool and sauna facilities in the hotel. They were just right to end a long day walking around.
The staff was incredibly friendly, professional and ready to help. We heard a plethora of languages being spoken and staff was accomodating (Finland's main languages are Finnish and Swedish, but there was no trouble for me as a native English speaker). They even helped people with sightseeing and maps. Breakfast was delicious with plentiful options, room was clean, hotel is in a great location, no more than 5 minutes walk to get to transportation, and central to the city.
the location is ok, easily accessible by public transport, airport, ferry terminal to Tallinn, and city center are easy to get to, just one tram line with stop 20 meters away from the hotel. the bed was amazing, very comfortable, super friendly and helpful staff, can’t complain about anything, very close to a good Thai and Poke restaurants. but Helsinki is not very exciting, not the hotel’s fault.
Helsinki
Many facilities like the supermarket downstairs, luggage rooms, fully equiped kitchen and even if you check-out you can still use the commom areas. My overal experience was very good. Some could say it is a little to far from the city center, but it is next to the hippest part of the town, where there are many bars, restaurants, very often cheaper than in the city center.
There was an up to 2h free parking on the side of the road in front of the hotel, and it was free all night, it saved us. The parkings are not cheap in Helsinki. 24h grocery shop downstairs. Typical Finnish apartment, soundproof and well ventilated. The third bed is in a little tiny space separated by a sliding door. Blackout curtains.
Hotel was lovely with a great balcony and spacious room. Manu at the front desk was amazing! He helped with all my questions and looked up viewing points for the New Year's Eve fireworks. Everything was in walking distance from markets to the city center. Would definitely stay here again!
Breakfast was delicious, lot of options they provide. Location of hotel is good, really close to metro and about 10 minutes to the city center on bike/scooter. We also enjoyed using saunas on evenings (but they are separated for men/women).
Excelent hotel, comfortable room, very nice and helpfull personel. Very good breakfast, especialyy fishes and vitamin shoot. Very good localization in the city center. Very close to railway station. Generally very good hotel.
The rooms are lovely, comfortable and warm. The breakfast is brilliant, plenty of choice and the hotel location is great. Not too far from the city centre but far away enough for it to be nice and quiet
Breakfast was great, good quality and wide range of choices. Great staff, good location. Tram #4 in the street behind the hotel leaves us at the city center/ Train station. Would return.
The hotel has an outstanding breakfast spread and an excellent dinner menu. For someone who has never been to Finland before, you can't ask for a better location. Great job Marski.
+ Brand new hotel in a nice location + Good Room with everything that is needed + Very nice breakfast foodwise + Location, 15 min walking distance to the city center
The hotel is right in the city center, within walking distance of everything. The breakfast is excellent and the quality of the facilities too. Highly recommended!
The cheapest accommodation in city center, quite simple. Value for money.
