- Excellent, welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. - It is a very convenient hotel located close to the Helsinki central station and near a lot of shops, restaurants and cafes. - The relatively late check out time was useful for last minute shopping/ packing, and it was helpful that they had a free luggage storage room for late departures/ flights. - The breakfast was nice, and you can try some Finnish classics like Karelian pie and pickled herring. - The room and the bed were quite comfortable.

Well-equipped (full kitchen, small dining table, sofa, washing machine), quiet, excellent location (park opposite, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, 10 mins by foot to Helsinki Central Station). Keybox check-in worked well. We requested, and were given, check-in before 1600.

Perfect location right next to Helsinki Central Station, literally just a couple of minutes' walk from the platforms. Very modern and clean facilities, neat and functional. Very friendly staff and huge floor-to-ceiling windows. Centrally located, close to everything, and highly walkable. Overall, a very nice stay. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Helsinki. And yes, breakfasts are great!
