It was our first time in this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The house looks like a molehill from the parking lot side, but from inside it's anything but. The rooms open to the other side of the house, overlooking an inner courtyard. The public spaces were clean, our quadruple room was spacious and comfortable, had enough cupboards and not one, but two dryer cabinets for ski equipment. Bathroom as well was big and nice looking, floor heating made it super comfortable. Breakfast had a very good selection for a small hotel, from porridge, eggs prepared in multiple ways and sandwich material to selection of drinks and fresh bakery. The restaurant apparently provides lunch & dinner as well, which we didn't try. Alexela electric car chargers were <100m from the main entrance. Soundproofing reasonably good for a hotel. 24/7 reception and ample parking space.

This SPA, of course, this pool with two baths is hard to call, but the place itself is very beautiful and good. Very nice pub, great breakfast, beautiful and warm lake, beautiful nature and tranquility.

The location was a few minute walk away from the lake and beach. Everything was clean and nice. Kettle to make some tea or coffee was available at the common space. A friendly neighbor cat paid a visit while I was chilling outside on the terrace.

Villa Mullerbeck was just what we hoped for. We were there with family (grandparents, parents, young children). The hotel was accommodating to our food needs, and the setting was very family friendly. It was near to skiing (we were there for a ski and winter sports trip) and the saunas in the rooms were appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will return!!

A real hidden gem, if you value privacy: your only neighbors will be storks and deers (if you have the razor-sharp eyes to spot them in the greenery off in the distance), which is a big win-win. Located in the picturesque countryside beside Otepaa town with several grocery stores (Coop, Maxima), cafes and restaurants. Modern, comfy, stylish, clean and full of light. Functional planning and design. Beautiful and inspirational view from the windows (especially during the sunsets). Modern bathroom with high-quality sanitary ware and excellent sauna (included in the price). Household appliances (including a dishwasher and a washing machine), kitchenware and basic amenities that are needed for a carefree or a long term stay. Good tap water. High-quality bed linen. A/C and underfloor heating - comfortable in both summer and winter. Stylish deck with a cozy lounge area. Welcoming and polite host, ready to assist, if any help is needed. All information regarding checking in and accommodation was sent in a timely and accurate manner. Perfect central point for exploring South Estonia: any sights and attractions (including Tartu, Taevaskodade hiking trail with caves and rocks , "Pesapuu" watchtower in Rouge, Lake Vortsjarv and many more) can be reached in less than an hour’s drive. Lake Puhajarv is in a 10-minute drive and has a cool beach area with nice swimming options.

Amazing house. I stayed a lot of places at estonia and this one is my favourite place for my trips. If i want to go outside of Tallin for a small trip, i always check this house's availabilty first. Host is very postive and helpful. Sauna, fireplace, bbq etc all features are amazing. Especially i love this house's sauna. It is heated by wood and it is much better than an electric sauna.
