Perfect location and lovely spa .

very comfy public spaces, great mixture of new design and old style, delicious food, great selection of breakfast items, saunas and pool, very close to the fortress and castle

A really nice and cosy place with excellent location next to the castle and Opera

Great location! Clean room and kind staff. Very useful facilities such as kitchen and washing machine are perfect for visitors.

Location is excellent, could not be better. Room big, excellent bathroom, quiet, comfortable. Only staff interaction was with the lady who cleaned the room; very helpful. We will definitely stay there again. Kuressaare is like an ideal pre-2005 Estonia; no graffiti, pretty much no horrible modern buildings, great food and far cheaper than Tallinn. Despite the fact that Saaremaa is a tourist destination.

If you're looking for the good price/value ratio - don't hesitate. Rooms are modest and old, but it still works as a place to sleep at + breakfast. And the breakfast has all you need - eggs, omelette, poultry, cheese, veggies, coffee, juice, pastry and even some more. Free parking and city center location

Everything was ideal. Good location, clean hotel, tasty and big breakfast

Beautiful location next to the castle and lovely bright room.

This is the second time at ASA and we would definitely come back! The hotel is so nice, friendly staff and too many options for spending a nice time indoors, which is a great option that is really suitable for the Estonian weather!

It was a good fresh breakfast, from the dining room had a beautiful view of the Kuressaare castle , the sea , and the marina. There was a lot of space in the room and clean. SPA was good with different saunas, was good atmosphere.

Great location! Friendly and helpful staff! Great clean, bright, quiet room! Great value for money. Deffinitely recomended
