The place was very clean. It has AC on both floors. There was wood for the bonfire and sauna, and coal for the grill. The kitchen had everything we needed. The water in the pond was clean and warm, it was a pleasure to swim there after the sauna. Everything was exactly as in the photos. We enjoyed the stay.

The host was very hospitable, the place was nice and clean, there was everything you need. The main room had a very comfortable wooden bed. We really liked the atmosphere of this place, there was a fireplace (stove) in the room, which we really liked, there were two big, very beautiful oak trees in the yard, quiet and peaceful. The room was equipped with sauna, which was great after long day on a rally event. Very easy to control. Next time I will book the same room. You can also go straight to the shopping mall by the elevator as the hotel is connected to Launakeskus, the biggest shopping centre in Tartu.
