Very warm welcome, they even put out the Swiss flag, together with the flag of the nationalities of the other guests staying, who does that?! So cool and thoughtful :) location is very beautiful and charming within the castle perimeter, it was the most memorable stay in Estonia for us :) great breakfast, practical parking.

The spa was super nice and the service was also outstanding. Different procedures and they all were fantastic! In the breakfast, we had a wide variety of options. The food and the coffee were tasteful. The room was spacious and with all the necessary amenities. As it is a boutique hotel, I felt the vibe of it like the posters from the great La Scala theatre.

Georg Ots hotel like always was beyond my expectations. Stuff was super friendly and meals in restaurant were delicious. Also hotel offered a late check out what was extremely nice and convenient for our small group.

Upa is relatively close to Kuressaare (Arensburg) and is a good starting point for tours on the island. Good shopping facilities and petrol stations are also nearby, which was important for us as we were self-sufficient with our own car.
