I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire property was incredibly clean, which made my visit feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location couldn’t have been better. It is close to shopping and major attractions, making it easy to explore the area without any hassle. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every team member I interacted with was extremely friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere throughout my stay. Their fantastic service exceeded my expectations in every way. I especially appreciated the perfect recommendations they provided for dining, activities, and local spots. Each suggestion was spot on and made my trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

I liked everything about this place, its so close to everything. The old town is just at stone throw distance. The clubs nearby. The hotel is amazing. Everything in the room is perfect. The bed, the clean sheets, duvet, pillows. The lighting in the room- perfect . Every bit of care has been put there. EThe toilet has everything- even the bidet water spray. The magnifying mirror, the lights in the mirror, the shower with closed cubicle and enough space with body wash soap. The reception with politness, manners and always wearing their unique smile and helping with every question. A big clap to the house keeping staff for making the room perfect. Im sure they have a supervisor that checks the room after it has been cleaned. If i win the lottery, the first thing I’m going to do is buy a room in this hotel 😄and get the services of the staff . This hotel made me fall in love with Tallinn , it was pleasant surprise.

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with hot and cold dishes. The location was a short 8 min walk to old town and city hall square. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was modern and tasteful and we loved it!

The room was so comfortable & the view was awesome. The room was so clean & checked in the room on time. Due to to different taste food habit I was hardly try 3-4 times of breakfast but the items were rich enough for the breakfast.
