Get everything you need, and 5min walk you can find a supermarket which you basically get everything you need if you cook or not( they even get ready meal with just Micro wave). Location is great! 15 min you are in the airport; and you live and stay in a quiet area; of which, most other activities is just half hour away by car so you can enjoy during the day and back to where you stay to get nicely rested. And great view that when you just see outside the belcony as well. Surely will back again if we are back to Tererif! ( and great Wifi aswell if this is your biggest concern!)

A good location but not the easiest to access.

A good location but not the easiest to access. We took two buses from the airport. The 114 dropped us off at the motorway stop which meant a 15 minutes walk to Santiago 25. Not good for anyone with walking issues and a taxi would have been a better option. Excellent pizza restaurant.

Small town with a compact, black sand beach.

Small town with a compact, black sand beach. The village is largely made up of holiday apartments and villas. Popular with divers and motor home owners. Probably need a car if staying more than a few days, to access a greater variety of restaurants, entertainment and shops. Perfect for a few peaceful days.

Great beaches close by .

Great beaches close by . Both Nudist and Normal separated by a huge hill and a walk. they are sandy beaches and there are deck chairs available for rent on the main beech. It does not get over crowded and the sea is shallow meaning that you can go out quite far, Good if your going with Kids and snorkelling Restaurants are good but you need to watch out for the extra charge they add on bread rolls without informing you. Two local shops near by that have everything that you would need, but are more expensive than the supermarkets which are about a 15 minute drive away.

Abades is an as yet undeveloped area.

Abades is an as yet undeveloped area. It is very quiet but has a good supermarket and some restaurants. We did have one meal there which was excellent. There is plenty of parking (free) for the accommodation and at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay although we didn't just stay all the time in Abades.. It is a good location for going to other places in Tenerife as it is close to the motorway and not far from Tenerife South airport.

We loved the complex, they have everything you might need...

We loved the complex, they have everything you might need during your vacation, or even if you want to have a workation because they have a co-working zone, guided tai chi, yoga sessions, a gym, and 2 swimming pools. The apartments are absolutely well equipped, their kitchen is great, and they even have a moka to prepare coffee, as well as some salt and pepper envelopes. So you can prepare some tasty scrambled eggs without having to buy too many ingredients. We were lucky to have a nice view from our house, we were located diagonal to the swimming pool and had a villa with 2 bedrooms. The cleaning service is also exceptional, we felt absolutely pampered.

If you want a quiet relaxing break away, this is the resort for you! The town of Abades has just enough to enable a self catering stay with supermarkets restaurants and cafes to supply all your needs. Kora Nivaria is a stunning property built so that the sea can be viewed from many angles. It’s a wholesome experience where you feel close to nature. It feels right to partner with this eco friendly resort. This made the holiday feel extra special. The accommodation had everything you need, even pool towels ready and waiting! The location is just a short drive from the airport and other busier resorts that you can visit, which we did. However we were delighted to return home each time to our infinity blue apartment. This short five night break away had healing qualities and we returned home feeling rejuvenated but keen to return to Kora Nivaria. Book this property, you won’t be disappointed!
