The staff is professional, kind and always available. At the arrival we called the number at the door and in no time they were there to welcome us and check-in. The hotel is in an old village palace, very well restored, clean, great beds and a spacious private parking. But an extra bonus goes to the staff. We felt welcomed and taken care.

The food was excellent, breakfast and the dinner, with exceptional service from Raul. The location is rural and quiet. Good to relax before Madrid, and in the summer, high up from the hot plains of Extramadura. Close to Portugal and only 3 hours to Madrid.

Lovely hotel in quiet location. Stunning views. Motorbike friendly. Level safe parking to rear of hotel. We had a junior suite and half board option which was excellent value. Room massive. Grt views . Comfy beds. Clean bathroom with seperate toilet . Food was v good. And views from restaurant good too. Staff were all very helpful and friendly especially our waitress Sandra who had just started that day. Many thanks to all for a special stay!

It's was a great pleasure staying at Aqua et Oleum. We chose it because it's small, secluded and the dogs are allowed. The food at the restaurant was absolutely outstanding. Definitely recommend trying it out.
