We got upgraded right away to a room equipped with a kitchen, which was awesome! The staff explained us detailed where to go, where to eat and all about the busses and the tickets, they even gave us a map! Everything was super easy and friendly! Since it was a business trip, I didn't consider proximity to the city center essential, but the property is only a 20-minute drive away. The value for money is good, and the amenities were adequate for the type of stay chosen. The access to walking trails is excellent for those who want to get some exercise before or after work.

The room was very big and spacious, much more than we expected and there was enough room to put your things and suitcases. The personal was friendly and polite and answered all questions we had and helped with organising a taxi and transportation. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel with great food and good prices.

The Hotel Plaza Alaquàs is a beautiful and clean hotel with a very nice and welcoming personnel, the room was clean and warm. We also have tasted the food, it was good and the dessert (tarta de queso) was to die for !
