Very good location, close to the railway and bus station, very easy to find. The staff were helpful, especially Isobel (unsure of spelling) who took time to try to help me find information on bus times. For the price, it was a decent place to spend a night or two while passing through Albacete

The room was very nice, in keeping with the theme of a ranch. The cafeteria was accessed through the restaurant from the hotel which was not comfortable. The food the the first night was good but very bad on the second night, obviously a different chef who was not as competent.

Hotel is central to shops bars and restaurants. It’s located across a road from a lovely park which is great to visit when it’s hot. Hotel indoor carpark is safe and secure. Our stay was very good and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Have stayed many times

parking was easy, entrance to the lobby is really nice and updated. police are staged on the property for security and sat in the parking area the majority of the time I saw them which was nice to know if anything was to happen at the hotel police are already on location.

- brand new - it was spacious for a group of 5 - complete amenities - comfortable beds and beddings - quiet location - washer and drying rack, we badly needed it after a week of traveling - grocery store is nearby about 2 minutes walking

to be honest this hotel is a good investment and a place where you sleep satisfied. The staff were so nice although the lack of English speakers. I enjoyed my stay here and i was very amazed.

A decent, if uninspiring, hotel. Nothing really to complain about. Breakfast good, though served in somewhat cramped conditions! Good location near the old town.

The room was well furnished and equipped, very very clean, and just comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Albacete.
