We arrived very late, due to extensive overnight drive. Staff extremely sympathetic and immediately offered to extend check out time, for both rooms, at no extra cost to 1330 to allow whole family to have more sleep.

The room was very clean and nice. The bar and restaurant very good and the personnel very nice.

Modern and clean rooms with a convenient location close to the motor way. A bar/restaurant and good breakfast options. Grateful to the lady on check in waiting for us (although she was not happy about it) as we did not realise the hotel check in closed at 10pm.

Great hotel for our stopover travelling to Portugal, friendly people, rooms are really clean, beds comfortabel, would certainly stay here again

I had a wonderful time and my overall stay at the Hotel Cuéntame was excellent The staff was helpful at all times, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the location was just in the area of the University of Burgos buildings. Special thanks go to Lurdes and Jason. 😊

Very clean, comfortable room and kind, helpful staff. Perfect location for visiting the education faculty of the university on foot. Easy parking right outside the hotel. Good bars/cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch and supper, also offering takeaway service with hot food being allowed in the rooms.

Beautiful hotel, we heard the restaurant was lovely but it was closed for New Years Eve, we may come back on our way home, great stop off on drive to Portugal

Well located, fair price and extremely comfortable

This room was an absolute delight! It was incredibly comfortable, surprisingly spacious, and the shower was pure bliss. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay and I can't wait to return. The staff here were fantastic! They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help.

Breakfast was good and location was good

The key input about this property is that it is perfect if you need an overnight stay on a road trip, and travel with pets. This is a no nonsense stay where you have privacy in your own cabin, and can drive there from the check-in. The restaurant is open until 8pm, but they are flexible. The cabin is very comfortable, clean and modern. We were very pleased with the stay. For an extra charge, you can order breakfast in a basket outside the cabin for the morning. There is plenty of outdoor space to walk your pets around your stay. We will come back

Lovely quiet hotel, very well maintained. Friendly staff. It is just a few minutes walk from the centre of town, you can actually see the cathedral from the hotel
