It was like a museum experience in a banana field. A travel back in time, a confortable and interesting one. I liked the views, the entire hotel, the rooms, old looking but still confy and clean. The bananas are really tasty. Good breakfast.

Very close to city centre and view from the hotel is mesmerising. You can enjoy your breakfast with amazing las palmas port view. Staff is very good. Very comfortable & spacious rooms.

We absolutely loved our garden view room! The room had a classic interior and all the necessities we needed. Had a lovely walk around the locals neighborhood at night before heading to the restaurant just across the road. Parking was convenient just in front of the hotel on the street. Breakfast had all we needed and really loved that they had foreign interns practicing their waiting skills at the breakfast table. Really lovely work-and-learn environment for those guys :)

The best hotel experience ever

Location perfect near shops bars and restaurants and close to bus station for visits across the island. Port is close by and lots of good hiking trails and the Aquarium is a must visit.

The reception staff were able to do many things to help, i.e. book taxis, book a hire car, translate Spanish text and draft replies in Spanish and respond to questions about locations in the Island. I was impressed by the quality of their spoken English.

Everything was very good at all departments as everytime I stayed at the hotel.

Owners were helpful beyond expectations

The location is excellent, just 5 minutes from the beach and close to all the restaurants. The room was minimal with everything we needed and very cozy. Shout out to the perfect stuff Daniel, Janira, Nicholas and the housekeeper made our stay perfect. They gave us all the information we wanted, help us with the taxi and made our stay warm and wonderful. Great people!

Very good location, in the heart of the city center. Clean room, comfortable bed and we had a lovely small balcony as well. This was our second time here to spend a night on due to late evening flight. The man and the lady in the reception were helpful, lovely local people. I needed an extra blanket for night and he gave me immediately.
