Miguel is so friendly and even he’s doing his best with English to understanding and helping really it’s appreciate and room services are polite and manage everything carefully and it’s really great location it’s about 500m away from Arucas bus station what serving everywhere in GC 😍😍

Very special Hotel with extraordinary interior, so interesting rooms (we had spacious family room). Easy check-in. Nice mini-pool.

This hotel is in quiet area that offers plenty of parking space. It has a huge roof terrace with nice views. Our room was large and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was generous and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall, very good value for money.

Big room , great location, friendly staff

Such an amazing hotel, perfect location. Seafront, easy to walk all around the area, shopping streets in a 10 mins walk, surrounded by restaurants, easy to access the beach. The staff was to notch: everyone very helpful and happy to answer a questions. Not a single time I walked through the door without someone greeting me. The room was clean, big enough for a solo traveller and they even managed to get me a queen bed. Bathroom was equipped with everything you might need.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff! Sergio is definitely a big asset to the hotel, he was really friendly and helpful, every morning he greeted us with a smile and was happy to chat with us about our day. The roof top bar staff members were also great, unfortunately, didn’t catch their names. In our first room the ac didn’t work so we got moved to a different room with no issues at all. The room was spacious and it was cleaned and towels changed daily. The pool on the roof is decent size and there are enough sun loungers as well. Not only they have a gym, pool and sauna they also had table tennis and pool table which was great. There is a room of computers for guests to use and also a book shelf for guests to borrow a book whilst they are staying. At the time of our stay they were doing some renovation on the roof top so maybe they will have even more things to offer for their guests. There are loads and loads of food places around the hotel and also short distance to the beach so the location of the hotel is great. You can also get a towel from the reception for the beach or roof top pool. The hotel is only 40 minutes on the bus from the airport and the bus stops are nearby. The hotel also offer guided day tours around the island where you can’t get by the bus, we tried a few of them and really enjoyed them. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice clean hotel ! Good value for money ! Reception and restaurant staff very nice and helpful! Javier at the reception was very helpful and nice!

We absolutely loved our garden view room! The room had a classic interior and all the necessities we needed. Had a lovely walk around the locals neighborhood at night before heading to the restaurant just across the road. Parking was convenient just in front of the hotel on the street. Breakfast had all we needed and really loved that they had foreign interns practicing their waiting skills at the breakfast table. Really lovely work-and-learn environment for those guys :)

Poemas restaurant was the best meal of our lives. I really enjoyed the thermal hydrotherapy circuit and our spa treatments. We came to GC specifically to come to the hotel after being inspired by Agatha Christie. Little did we know that she actually stayed at the hotel!! Everything was amazing.

Location perfect near shops bars and restaurants and close to bus station for visits across the island. Port is close by and lots of good hiking trails and the Aquarium is a must visit.

Everything was excellent! The staff was absolutely outstanding and provided top-level service. The breakfasts were very good, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and cozy.

Everything was very good at all departments as everytime I stayed at the hotel.

Well organized and friendly communication, excelent customer service, the room was clean and smelled very nice, the perfume was really pleasant and descrete.

In August we stayed in Tenerife room on the top floor, it was very spacious and cool even without aircon ( as it was broken) the bed was super comfy and the photos are a true refection of the room. It was the only room on this floor and we were pretty much the only people who used the roof terrace which was fantastic for relaxing. The kitchen is well very well equipped and the lounge sofa super comfy. Cross the park and you will find a few cafes and restaurants along that street. Bus stops close by mean you can easily travel  to most places on the island. I would recommend this accommodation

Location is great. The room is very big. The owner, older lady is very kind.

The greatest things was the seaview and the excellent service I received in the young man working as a receptionist. I thank his name is Ramos.. He was very kind and understanding of my disability which has severely impacted my life. I got Multiple Sclerosis. He provided an exceptional high level of customer service: I felt as I had checked into five star hotel with a brilliant concierge who provided great tourist information of Las Palmas and Gran Canaria I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Large room, wonderful and helpful staff, quality breakfast. Shops and restaurants nearby. Excellent value for money. If you are there mostly for the beach, there could be better options, since there was no place for drying things.
