I arrived earlier than expected and asked if an early check-in was possible. Since the room was ready, I was able to check in and leave my luggage ahead of schedule, which was very convenient. I also appreciated that the breakfast area was available for use, including the microwave, plates, and cutlery. There was even a shared refrigerator, which was more useful than I had expected.

Very good value for the money spent and good food in the hotel. A nice change after travelling through France where the prices are 30-50% higher for everything and the habitation which we stayed in France was terrible compared to returning to Spain. Also the food in France horrible and unhealthy. Bread shops everywhere- terrible expensive food!

This was a welcoming and very pleasant place to stay at the end of December, with a warm and comfortable bedroom suite including a spacious bathroom with a good bath as well as shower. The breakfast was excellent, including tasty good-quality local ham and cheese. Dinner was separately available at the La Deu restaurant across the road and was of spectacularly good quality and good value. The hotel and its garden are in the forest, with many birds around, and a beautiful scenic walk along a quiet little country road to get in or out of town in 20 minutes (or easily by taxi).

Our host, Sophie, could not have been more welcoming and hospitable even inviting us to check into the room early. The home cooked meal in the evening was With local and home grown produce and was of excellent quality. There is a nice shady garden in which to sit and eat. The wine list, which included a lot of local wines was good too. A really lovely stay. thank you
