The staff is super friendly. Food is good and I had here the best sleep so far on my way...

10 points for the reception lady Maite, thank you very much for help

Nice, comfortable bed. Nice staff who were helpful guiding us to restaurants etc. We recommend this hotel. Close to the bus station. Nice bath tub!

We stayed at the occidental on our Camino walk. The staff helped with our bag porter service. We had a large room with a spectacular view. The breakfast buffet had lots of selection, good value for the money.

Dorma Vigo has a perfect location and very attentive staff! The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good, with an amazing view of the harbour. I was also able to check in early, which I really appreciated after my journey. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, and I am very glad I chose to stay at this hotel.

Very good service. We reached early but they allowed me to wait at the retraunt. They were very patient with me. Also helped me park my car

Nice staff, location and lovely breakfast

I liked the very comfortable beds and the silent heating. The staff was kind and helpful and the room was quiet.

The location and the names of the rooms :-) Also the music playing in the rooms.

Cleanliness, location and nice staff

Clean and neat, staff were very friendly

The stylish interiors, the host's attention to detail and the property's location.

Very comfortable room, nice staff and good location.

Manuel was a very lively and warm host. He gave us a bit of historical background on the place and surrounding areas and it was very much appreciated as we were interested listeners. Amenities are close by and so are restaurants. The place was comfortable and very clean. We were only there for one night but if I were to come by again, I would stay a few days and explore the town a bit more. I would highly recommend this place!

Comfortable place for the end of the Camino de Santiago.

Amazing!!! Reception staff was so nice and helpful, they gave lots of useful advice and helped in so many ways to make my stay in Vigo memorable. Location is close to the camino, but also close to the central bus station, and to the central shopping street, a shopping mall (Primark, Decathlon, Zara, Mango, C&A, Alcampo,....) as well as lots of restaurants, cafés and bars. I had a room on the 5th floor with a french balcony. The size was great, the large window front made the room even look bigger. The bathroom was equipped with everything you need - hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel. The bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. There was also plenty of closet storage. Variius security cameras in all common areas of the hotel made me feel very secure. The elevator is quick and has a full-length mirror.

Our room was fully renovated and clean with all we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

This is a lovely 4 star hotel - room was perfect and staff were SO friendly and helpful. It is really close to the railway station and it's great shopping centre and right next to the main shopping street of the town. We can't praise this hotel enough. Rooms have a fridge and they provide a kettle if you want one. Nothing was too much trouble

The Staff here made me feel like I was at home, away from home. My son is obsessed with Marta and I love them all. They go above and beyond and try and always help your needs. I have already told a few friends, who is travelling to Spain and they said they are going to book here too, when they travel in a couple of months time.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Simple, but fully sufficient eqipment, and, most importantly, super clean!! Good beds, free parking
