Very friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast is good, and the location is excellent. I had a room with a sea view, and I could hear the sound of the waves at night. I was initially worried about parking because there are no spaces directly at the hotel, but I found it quite easy to find free spaces nearby.

room was slightly dated - Aircon didn't work well. it was room temp air and not cold. Where the fridge is located, the cupboard door was broken; otherwise loved the room. Spacious and PLENTY of wardrobe space. Balcony was nice but wasn't able to enjoy it as much because if i opened the door the room would get hotter and as the aircon was not good it was worth wasting whatever cold air there was. This is just feedback to improve but overall it was nice Breakfast was mehh - staff (by the tortilla making area) looked angry because I asked for a tortilla at 10am. Id say generally the breakfast offering needs t feel and taste fresher. The fruit selection was not nice. I did enjoy the tortialla that they made me and the fried eggs. It was nice that it was fresh. Location is PERFECT!!!! loved it!

Beautiful location. Quiet and peaceful. Good facilities. Lovely swimming pool. Great breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. Lovely views and easy to reach from airport and harbour. Close to Santa Cruz.
