Welcoming and friendly reception staff. Hotel in good location and safe parking for moto right outside the door. Lovely room well appointed and spacious.

The lady from the restaurant was very helpful.

Very friendly, busy hotel.We felt at home from minute one. The heating was great and the shower/bathroom spacious. Loads of parking in the actual hotel and close by. Great cafeteria too!

Good hotel for a short visit in Segovia and not break the bank. 5min drive to Segovia. Very big room, bathroom and bed, so lots of space for luggage (matras is quite hard, but for us that is not an issue). In overall quite clean (except bath tub). Free parking on the driveway (and quite secure since it is a small village). Pet friendly without extra cost (for that scoring 8 instead of 7).

Set within 12 km of Plaza Mayor and 10 km of Segovia City Walls in Mata de Quintanar, El Balcón de la Mata provides accommodation with a kitchen.

Toni, who owns the property, made everything seemless although he does not speak english but that meant I had to try a bit harder to speak Spanish which was fine. Wonderful views from the property.
