From the first moment I arrived, I was welcomed by very kind gentleman. It was after midnight and he was so helpful and explained everything to me. The food, the staff, the cleanliness was absolutely perfect and this hotel deserves more credit than I think it’s receiving. Coming back to the food, trust me - you won’t be hungry. I’ve been at some hotels throughout Canary Islands and not always have I been happy with the service but this one is truly different level. The hotel itself is actually more bigger and spacious than you would realise from the pictures which is great as you don’t experience crowds. I travelled in November and it was still boiling hot. The rooms are amazing and I was lucky enough to have room facing the sea and it was truly beautiful view every morning and evening. The room I’ve got was great and spacious and kept tidy.

This is a beautiful resort in a great quiet location. There is a beautiful beach nearby (shuttle service is provided by the hotel) and there are also wonderful heated pools. Breakfast with a wide variety of options .

Loved this hotel it’s amazing for kids. I loved the pool and the fact that you could get a sun lounger at anytime. The inflatable pool got busy but always loads of beds round the quiet pool. This hotel is geared at kids and it hit the nail on the head. The entertainment was really good and all the staff always smiled and said hello. Would 100% go back and would recommend.

It's so fun for kids, there's so much for the kids to do and its relaxing for the parents, defo use the kids club, Alex is great. The mini disco is awesome and all the entertainment is high quality. Breakfast is fab. I was really impressed! It was busy for a reason! Our room (Barcy apartment) was cleaned every day and loads of lovely towels and dressing gowns. All food buffets really good

An amazing place to stay. The bubble is completely private, with its own jacuzzi, terrace and a beautiful ocean view. In the evening the whole area lights up with warm LED RGB lighting, which makes it feel really cozy and romantic. Inside everything is spotless, the bed is very comfortable, and the space feels modern and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes and utensils you need, so cooking is easy. The hosts are incredibly kind and responsive — you can feel they really care about their guests. The property is quiet, clean and very well looked after. Perfect for a couple’s getaway or just to relax and disconnect. I would definitely come back.
