Our stay was absolutely amazing! From the very first moment, we fell in love with this place, and so did our children. The two-bedroom apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, and felt like a true home away from home. The entire hotel complex is breathtaking – elegant, perfectly maintained, and with a wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, rich, and something we looked forward to every day. The views of the ocean from both the pool and the apartment were magical and never stopped amazing us. We loved the comfortable loungers by the pool and the fantastic option to order lunch and delicious drinks right to our spot. The staff were incredibly kind, always smiling, and attentive – both at the reception and in the restaurant, they took care of us with genuine warmth. This was a dream holiday, and we will definitely come back again!

From the moment we arrived until we made the checkout everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the suites were nice and clean, excellent location. I really liked the fact that they have free parking spots and they also have a shuttle cab to the Abama beach which is very convenient.

It was our second stay in the hotel, and it seemed that it has actually improved since 2022. - This time we've got a single really wide bed (2m I think), which wasn't moving. The room also looked more recently renovated; - The food selection has improved, especially on some the days. There are both healthier and unhealthier options; - Loved the Mexican party and the entertainment team in general! Really friendly and fun. Our daughter is missing the kids club now; - Well equipped renovated gym (technogym); - Enough space in the pools; - It seems like it's a sweet spot of the island since the weather seems sunnier and hotter in the hotel area than in many other places (North or even Las Americas).

Super clean and luxurious hotel in all aspects, with helpful and smiling workers. We loved our room, the view was wonderful there, and every little thing can be found in it. They truly pay a lot of attention to the guests, actually for my birthday they surprised me with a mini cake with a candle and three waiters sang 'happy birthday' for me. Also, we got little gifts for christmas, and had a special christmas diner which was amazing. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone, i assure you won't be disappointed! I hope I can come back one day too. 🙂
