Hotel's vibe was wonderful, great atmosphere, location was perfect. Many options for the restaurants around. Pool was good. Great and a very diverse selection of breakfast was outstanding. Room service was always clean and neat (thanks for the chocolates every time you entered! :)) Reception Staff and other staff are very friendly and super helpful (renting a car, event planning, inquiries, scooter renting, etc.) We did the right choice by choosing this hotel, we were pleased with everything, thank you!

At first glance, the hotel feels like something out of a Remarque novel — a faded glory of bygone days. After a few days, however, I fell in love with it. It is designed in the style of a typical 19th-century Canarian village, with little squares, passageways, overpasses and underpasses. There are countless hidden corners where you can sit with a book and a glass of wine, let your mind wander, or simply watch time pass. It has a truly unique atmosphere. I would compare it to Raffles in Singapore. Compared with the rest of the extremely busy and overcrowded southern coast, it feels like an oasis from another time and place. The garden is beautiful by southern Tenerife standards, and the beach is just a few steps away.
