Very clean and the host was very welcoming. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I had forgotten something very essential and they didn't hesitate to go to the local market to get it for me. Also a cute little cafe nearby that does nice food with friendly people. Highly reccomend. Will visit again when in tenerife.

We were so comfortable. The rooms were very spacious. Staff were always attentive. We had a huge hamper full of all sorts on arrival, on. Christmas day they left a bottle and snacks again. Pool was heated but we didn't use. Easy 20 min walk to beach front. Walking back is on a slight incline but very doable for most people . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We'll definitely book this place again. Thank you to everyone at club tenerife

Spacious quiet great breakfast helpful staff

The Vila was better than we were expecting. It was quiet, very clean and also had a beautiful design. The big kitchen was super clean and had everything you needed.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated, with modern and tastefully designed rooms that were impeccably clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The garden area was stunning and offered a wide range of activities throughout the day, catering to guests of all ages. It created a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. What truly stood out was the staff — professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would gladly return in the future.

The food was excellent. The staff was very friendly and positive. The surroundings were very friendly and safe, you feel like you are at home. The hotel and rooms were very clean.

Great location, great facilities, super food.

A wonderful family hotel! The rooms were very clean, with daily housekeeping. The food was absolutely delicious — everything, from the ingredients to the baked goods, was always fresh and tasty. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The heated pool was perfect, even on cooler days, making swimming enjoyable no matter the weather. There were fun entertainment shows every day at the pool and in the restaurant in the evenings — we were never bored! The staff were very professional and efficient. The service in the restaurant was especially impressive — the waiters worked incredibly fast and managed to be everywhere at once. Everything ran like clockwork. The hotel is located a bit away from the city, so if you want to stroll along the promenade, it’s about a 20–30 minute walk. However, taxis in the city are very cheap — around €7 from the promenade to the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the bed linens were soft and pleasant to sleep in. Unfortunately, the hotel has poor sound insulation. We often heard sirens from ambulances or police cars on the nearby road, as well as the noise of passing traffic. It’s possible our villa was too close to the road, and other accommodations might be better in terms of soundproofing. You can also hear everything from the neighboring rooms — even people snoring! That said, it didn’t ruin our experience. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again. We highly recommend this hotel for families with children!

So beautifully clean & stunning hotel. Staff were always very helpful & friendly. Had an amazing family holiday first time with our 3 years old grandson.

We liked the very spacious room with the big balcony. Also the room was very clean with comfortable beds. The airport noise didn't bother us to much since it was quiet during the night. Very nice pool area.

The modern design of the hotel and the rooms, pool area, calmness, cocktails and snacks were also good!

Hotel.was great and staff were polite

We had a great stay, for a great price. The hotel just opened last year and still looks brand new. It's all very clean and comfortable. VERY good food (we had breakfast & dinner), nice -heated- pool and very comfortable & spacious room. The personel is super friendly and helpful (special shoutout to Luca and Baumar!! :)). We'll definitely be back.

i do not understand how this hotel has any bad reviews! everything has been absolutely perfect, the food is amazing the staff have all been welcoming and friendly location is great, rooms beautifully cleaned and beautiful views thank you Marylanza I will see you soon
