Charming, unique hotel in a very small town with a gorgeous view. The family run hotel is well decorated, full of local lore and artwork. We really enjoyed speaking with the innkeepers--they are knowledgeable on local and national history. Easy parking next to the inn. It felt like being welcomed into an old friends' home. They offered dinner for a highly reasonable price and were very accommodating for the one of us who does not eat lamb...offering to substitute an omelet or fish, no problem! Breakfast was tremendous...don't skip it! Really a fun place. I would easily return.

This location is Perfect for hikers. Trails begin 30m from the door. Trails are well marked and provide incredible views, especially at sunset. The prior reviews were accurate. Bring your own food and prepare it in the clean, spacious kitchen with a kitchen table. The nearby town is lovely but does have restaurants. Our host was kind and energetic.

The location is great, just a block from the main square in this teeny village. The woman who greeted us was welcoming and kind. So many thoughtful details made the room feel warm and comfortable. The double shower in our room was amazing.

Stunning location, and superb restaurant with local ingredients and specialising in delicious tender slow cooked dishes. Owner spoke really good english and was helpful explaining the ethos of the hotel and the food. Very safe location, no secure parking for motorcycles but left without issue below room window

Fabulous little family-run hotel and restaurant in an idyllic rural setting. Small but comfortable rooms with a pleasant communal living room equipped with books and games. The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating and the evening meal served in the restaurant on site was a real gem.

Beautifully restored small boutique hotel. The room was welcoming and very comfortable. Attention to detail was excellent. The whole property was interesting in its conversion. Excellent free parking. The host and staff were very helpful.
