Apart from the well signed highlights I was especially impressed by a short trip from the centre to Medinat Al Zahra. An amazingly well preserved archaeological complex dating back a thousand years.

Cordoba is a very small city with quiet winding...
Cordoba is a very small city with quiet winding neighborhoods. We spent 1 full day in the city, and that was plenty of time for us to capture the feel of the city. We arrived by train at 8:30 AM, by 10:30 AM we were starting our tours of the Alcazar, historic jewish market, and the mezquita. By 2:30 we were "toured" out and walked to Mercado Victoria for lunch. Honestly it was 95 degrees at that time and my kids complained every second of the way. We enjoyed lunch at Mercado Victoria and then made our 20 minute walk back to our hotel. Since the streets are narrow, there is a decent amount of shade from the buildings. In the evening, after a 2 hours siesta, we walked to Plaza Tendillas and did some souvenir shopping at local shops. Then our evening concluded with a walk to the roman bridge, followed by a fabulous dinner at Bodegas Mezquita Cespedes- honestly some of the best food I've eaten in Spain.
Location was amazing, right in the center of jewish quarter and close to very nice streets and cute stores and restaurants. Also close to all the attractions, hotel is literally in front of the mezqita. Entrance was free from 8.30 to 9.30 so location was very convenient. Staff was helpful, they helped is with parking and gave recommendations about restaurants and things to do in Cordoba. Breakfast was okay, open bouffe had variety.
Traditional hotel near Seneca Square. Inside the old town, so the main sights are only minutes away by foot. Large comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Aircon is a must in one of the hottest places in Spain. If you travel by car, free parking Arrabal de Saqunda is about 10mins by foot across the Miraflores bridge.
excellent size room , good furnishing , all facilities are their , Staff are very polite , cleanliness is very good , to us this hotel is the best hotel we stayed at in Spain . Good size arm chairs , almost an apartment style . Certainly We will stay again in this Hotel .
Host was super friendly and got us set-up in the hotel very fast. He also helped with parking our car and giving restaurant tips. Perfect experience and would definitely return!
Terrific Hotel. Staff were courteous & polite. Given a lovely room which had all the amenities you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
Excellent all round! 👍
