This property really was exceptional. It is run by the friars of a monastery and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The rooms combine simplicity with great practicality, making very good use of space. The optional buffet breakfast provided by the friars is very good and excellent value.

We, my partner and I had just walked the 5 day camino to caravaca de la Cruz. She had problems with her feet which meant she was unable to walk far at the time. The owner, acknowledged that there had been a delay in breakfast and a few problems needed ironing out after only opening the hotel five days earlier… so imagine our surprise when he offered us a lift into caravaca and gave us a brief tour of his town. He did not have to do that. It shows good intentions and a good heart. We can’t thank him enough for that generous gesture. Give this hotel time to bed in and I think this will be an excellent place to stay.

The location was PERFECT. Everything was close by and there was a restaurant right below with very good food. The best part, was that the owners treated me like a guest in their house.

The receptionist Sara was fantastic. So helpful. Went out of her way to help when we were let down by the taxi company we booked. Also very helpful in recommending restaurants and places to visit.

Stayed for a night while cycling past barranda.from the moment I arrived, Alvaro could not of welcomed me more, nothing was any trouble,he made sure everything was comfortable for me,he is very hard working.the hotel is in a lovely quiet place,easy walk or cycle into barranda,where I got something to eat on a Sunday night,very friendly little town.the rooms are comfortable,clean and warm,shower hot,very comfy bed,and breakfast good.hope I can stay again, thanks Alvaro.
