Fantastic stay. Awesome building. The General Manager was kind enough to show us into the original church in the building. Breakfast was lovely! Pack food to take with you as there are no close dinner locations.

A generous, beautifully crafted and presented breakfast - Martha is an ex Cordon Bleu trained cook having formerly run a hotel with Jose in Ibiza and it definitely shows: local goats cheeses, freshly pressed orange juices, home-made fig jams and a variety of cured meats. Immaculate room with great touches. A very warm welcome on our arrival on bikes in pouring rain. Best value of our 5 day ride.

Booked the suite because that was the only room left and it's a whole house to itself! Huge livingroom, full kitchen, two bathrooms, enormous bedroom with two beds and a crib. Also a lovely outdoor area to enjoy. This is right on the camino and a nice way to shorten the final walk into Santiago de Compostela. I'd recommend eating lunch in Padron as there are not many options nearby or along the way once you leave town. Also pick up some groceries to make your own meal for dinner. There is a repsol 15 min up the road and a tobacco shop 3 min away, both have enough selection, including wine/beer.
