Great location, beautiful surroundings and friendly staff

The wonderful staff and hotel proprietors made a good stay a wonderful stay. They gave a wonderful welcome and friendly experience to my stay. The food was wonderful, and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. The location is spectacular and a great area from which to explore the rest of the island by car. A really fabulous stay. What a beautiful hotel! We loved every bit of it. Felt like royalty sleeping in such an authentic 18th century building. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was simple but good and it's a great location too. Perfect, would highly recommend!

Everything was perfect, the location is fantastic, right near the town square and beautiful church, on the other side you have great views of the ocean from the terrace. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to make us feel at home. The room was beautiful, bed comfortable and bathroom good. The breakfast was good and it was lovely to eat it each morning in the courtyard.

breakfast was super good - fresh bread, eggs, juices - all our hungry tummies needed. Also the location is super beautiful, beaches around may not be so spectacular, but are definitely fun to be in because of the waves. View was gorgeous and the balcony was very big.

It is so beautiful, the old property set in the banana plantation. It has exceptional wibe. At first I was sad that I overlooked and by mistake booked rooms outside main buidling, but after the stay Im happy we stayed in other part, in the morning we coul enjoy walked through the plantation.

Excellent breakfast, room always clean and very comfortable. The cleaning and breakfast staff get extra 5 🌟 very nice.

Fantastic location in the heart of the most charming town on Tenerife. The hotel itself is beautiful with a great sitting area in the centre and everything you could need to feel comfortable and at home. The breakfast is great and the restaurant serves quality food at good prices for dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful the whole week that we were there. Our room was tastefully appointed and cozy. Overall a fantastic experience up there among the best that we have had.

Everything! From the communication (how and where to park the car , how to check in etc) our arrival, the room, breakfast and information. The service was outstanding
