We had a great stay, for a great price. The hotel just opened last year and still looks brand new. It's all very clean and comfortable. VERY good food (we had breakfast & dinner), nice -heated- pool and very comfortable & spacious room. The personel is super friendly and helpful (special shoutout to Luca and Baumar!! :)). We'll definitely be back.

We liked the very spacious room with the big balcony. Also the room was very clean with comfortable beds. The airport noise didn't bother us to much since it was quiet during the night. Very nice pool area.

The Vila was better than we were expecting. It was quiet, very clean and also had a beautiful design. The big kitchen was super clean and had everything you needed.

Very clean and the host was very welcoming. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I had forgotten something very essential and they didn't hesitate to go to the local market to get it for me. Also a cute little cafe nearby that does nice food with friendly people. Highly reccomend. Will visit again when in tenerife.

Very comfortable, large and quiet room. Had bicycle equipment available which was perfect as we had a flat tyre during our stay. Staff really friendly.

This hotel is true pearl! It is located perfect distance from South Airport and Los Cristianos. Hotel has sauna (!) and very cosy courtyard. Also the history of this complex is very interesting - so please take time to have a look on the history books and photos which you can ask from the reception. The staff is so kind. We felt like we were at home :)

So beautifully clean & stunning hotel. Staff were always very helpful & friendly. Had an amazing family holiday first time with our 3 years old grandson.

I really enjoyed my stay, even though it was just for one night. The room was very comfortable, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the overall atmosphere, the service, and how thoughtfully everything was arranged for guests. It felt calm, welcoming, and easy to relax. I would happily stay here again.

Great food, different dishes every night and plenty of options to choose from. The MiniClub for kids is great and the staff is very committed to showing the kids a good time. Would 100% recommend for a holiday with kids.

The breakfast was varied and good and the location is very quiet and nice.

We were so comfortable. The rooms were very spacious. Staff were always attentive. We had a huge hamper full of all sorts on arrival, on. Christmas day they left a bottle and snacks again. Pool was heated but we didn't use. Easy 20 min walk to beach front. Walking back is on a slight incline but very doable for most people . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The food was excellent. The staff was very friendly and positive. The surroundings were very friendly and safe, you feel like you are at home. The hotel and rooms were very clean.

The garden area was stunning and offered a wide range of activities throughout the day, catering to guests of all ages. It created a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. What truly stood out was the staff — professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would gladly return in the future.

Great food at the restaurant: paella and catch of the day amazing! We really appreciated the outside bar area with an ocean view!
