Very green and calm area, very large room, private terrace of the room, bidet, swimming pool and of course the friendliness of Luis!

The hotel was near a gas station, which has a supermarket open all day. You can find anything you need. It also has a good restaurant. The room was brand new, clean and comfortable. Definitely recommended!

We got upgraded to the suite, which as a very nice surprise. The suite was clean and fabulous

The suite that we were upgraded for free (thank you!!!), was very spacious for a family of three, the views are stunning and breakfast is very good with a great variety of options, giving us the chance to get a taste of almost everything one can have in the morning, also it lasts three hours, which is fantastic both for morning persons and for those who like snoozing. Staff was extremely nice and friendly, everyone spoke English and was friendly and keen on offering help and advise. Cleaning was done twice a day and the room was sparkling clean all day, every day. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and the location is everything one can ask for in that magnificent place. Overall, we had the feeling that they want u to make sure we get everything we need and the only thing we have to concentrate on is on how to have a great time in Donostia, the rest was taken care by them!!! We have stayed in five star hotels and couldn't see the difference apart from the fact that its is in a better location...we are definitely coming back next year!!!

Everything was wonderful! Great hotel, very helpful staff and a gorgeous room. Note: The fitness room has a good variety of strength equipment: a wide variety of dumbbells, a bench and a double cable machine. Big plus!

Mostly how kind and down to earth the staff is and the place is decorated in a very simple but elegant fashion.

Very good option to visit San Sebastian, in a quiet location with easy access to the city.. Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Great breakfast with salt and sweet options. Fresh apple cider from the property. Excellent staff. Will return for a longer stay.

Located just beside the bus stop that takes you to the center of San Sebastián, on the 3rd froor of an apartment building, this is hotel is a real gem! Very clean and quiet, freshly renovated and comfortable. It’s not easy to fi d, but the recepcion sends you step by step instructions and a video of how to access the building. The free underground parking is a huge bonus!

Super nice hôtel, loved the room for our family of 3. Beautiful modern decor, clean, felt brand new. We also liked the parking and charging dock for our electric car. It was very easy and fast to get to the center, despite the location.
