Transportation is extremely convenient, making this hotel a perfect base for exploring nearby cities. The location, value for money, and room condition were all excellent. I especially appreciated the fast and easy online check-in process. When we arrived, a very kind and welcoming male staff member was already prepared to greet us, which made the experience feel even more special. We arrived in the evening, and it was lovely to relax with a drink at the bar located just below the hotel before quickly heading back to the room to rest — such a great way to end the day. We’re planning to stay longer in Bilbao next time, and this place will definitely be our first choice again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bilbao.

Oh, what a nice place with great value for money! Comfy rooms that come with some nice extras like top-notch bath products and a little travel drip coffee setup. The whole interior is a modern design haven, making it such a lovely place to hang out. And if you're feeling too worn out to go out, the hotel restaurant is actually pretty decent, giving you another option for dining. It's a little bit outside the city center, but there are several bus stops nearby.

Central location, helpful staff.

Staff at front desk were very helpful. Check in super easy, quiet, conveniently located, good breakfast and good value. Couldn’t ask for more.

Was my third time staying as it was as good as the first two times. That’s why next time I have to be in Bilbao I’ll be staying once again at NYX Hotel Bilbao by Leonardo Hotels

Originally stayed here 4 weeks ago on trip to the U.K. Enjoyed it so much we stayed again on our return. Excellent staff and facilities. This time we ate in the restaurant, very good and reasonably priced. A little gem. We also upgrade to a suite at very little extra cost.

Everything was fantastic, and we really loved our room and enjoyed our stay. The decor was stylish and modern, and we loved how massive the bed was. Spacious room. Great balcony and view. The area was quiet as well, which gave it a nice exclusive feel. Everything felt expensive. The bathroom looked to be travertine. The staff were friendly and helpful, and would order you a taxi with the touch of a button. Old town was a 10-minute taxi ride away. Great stay.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location was very good..... Lors of small restaurants for breakfast, short walk to Guggenheim, downtown, bus station. Found a nice area for shopping. Browsing, eating.

The best option if you have an early flight. Nice big room and bathroom l, super happy with everything. Comfy bed too. Highly recommend staying there. Free shuttle makes it even better.

The staff was lovely, the room new, clean and very functional. The TV was smart so you could connect your phone. The bed and pillows were absolutely amazing, we had a great night sleep and it was extremely quiet. Parking was so easy albeit it costs 15 euros, however made our life much easier. Breakfast had everything you can wish for. We couldn’t believe we paid only 60 euros for the room with breakfast.

A gem of a place in the best location in town. Asier at the reception was particularly spectacular - he made our stay much easier with superb tips on the city, surrounding areas, mobility arrangements for a large family, and suggestions on what to see and how to get there.

The hotel facilities are great & clean, its location it’s slightly away from the main town area which works out well for us, to be away from the crowds but also is located conveniently near a bus stop. We could park our car at off street carpark and take the bus to visit the town area. Staff are very helpful & friendly.

Staff were excellent. From Robin, Roger and Ivan at reception to Luz in the restaurant, the team were great. Food was excelente and the room was very spacious and comfortable.

The best hotel near a beautiful park and Zubiarte Shopping Mall.

Facilities were great. All was clean. There is a big supermarket nearby and there is a free parking just in front of the property.

Excellent location close to the airport. Shuttle service is a blast. You can also use it to go to the airport and later on to take the bus to the city. Hotel room was very clean and well maintained. Employees really taking care about their customers.
