Excellent hotel to stay a night prior to an early flight.

Pulizia, spazi e prossimità all’aeroporto

Location - purpose was to be close to airport, perfect for that reason. Room was super clean, easy to warm up. Bed was comfy, bathroom well-equipped. Free, on-site, easy parking - super extra amazing! My car was safe to park, I could sleep undisturbed. Bar with coffee, breakfest and lunch. Super million thanks for Loudette for all the help and answers for my questions regarding Christmas in Spain and parking options. 🥰

Nearby the airport, had a very early flight but was no problemen getting there on time. Shuttle to airport was on time and very friendly driver. Huge building, was very fascinating for the kids. Small village in walking distance for playgrounds/shops etc.

Great location and friendly staff, really helpful. Clean and warm rooms.

The hotel is located relatively close to the airport and allows reaching Bilbao in a few minutes drive. I was positively surprised that the hotel be in a rather leafy surrounding, almost giving the impression of being located far away from urban areas. The room was very quiet. The hotel offers outdoor areas to have a drink or eat alfresco, even during rainy times. I was also positively surprised to realise that there is a restaurant at the hotel. Although I did not get to have diner here, the ambience looked very inviting.

Easy find. Johnathan was very helpful and assisted automated check in. Room comfortable and clean .

Clean, comfortable room in a beautiful old restored house. Room with good space for two adults. Very good breakfast. Friendly hosts. This B&B is located near an industrial park between Lezama and Zamudio, but is shielded by a tall hedge, and surrounded by greenery right by the hills. Very nice and quiet. I should point out that nearby restaurants in the industrial park do not serve dinner, and since we were on foot we had to call a taxi to go to the town of Zamudio for dinner. However, there may be some restaurants in Lezama that could be reached with a short walk, and there is also public transportation not far. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful palace, wonderful room! Loved the classic wooden furniture and the artistic details in the room. The surroundings were beautiful, we appreciated that our small dog was welcome in such a beautiful place. The price/quality was very good! We will surely return there in the future 😊

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! I booked it as a 3-star hotel, but it is up to 4 and even 5 stars. the location is great, it is within 100 meters from the FG Museum and within walking distance from the old city centre and the shopping streets. Breakfast was too sufficient! Much more than what I'd get in any other hotels. The staff was very accommodating. The bedding was comfortable, wife was good, the room was quite big! One of the best experiences I have ever had.

Staff was really kind, helpful an professional. We got a new room with larger bed free of charge. Breakfast was a buffet, and we didn't leave hungry from that! You can easily get to Bilbao by bus and train. There's a bus stop at the doorstep of the hotel, and a train stop at the other side of the road.

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to all the sights, nice bars and restaurants. Easy to get to from the airport. Room was great, clean, nicely equipped and tidied up daily. The staff is kind and the service is great! They offer a lovely breakfast if you need it, but there are also wonderful places in the vicinity to choose from. I would definitely stay there again. Great value for money.

Fab location, superb room, quiet, amazing shower and bed, lovely staff

First of all I want to say that this hotel is 10/10, everything was exceptional. The best best thing of this hotel is the location, is precisely located on the main and most important street in Bilbao, we were able to walk to any destination we wanted, everything was maximum 20 minutes walking distance. The decoration and design of the hotel is really luxurious and "spa" like. We tried the Spa services, sauna and pool, and it was perfect, as it is really small it is limited to 2 couples at a time, therefore there's a lot of privacy, nobody is undressed, which is a big point for me, as there are many other places in Europe where everybody get's undressed, making it really uncomfortable. The people were exceptional at all times, really helpful, joyful, simply nice. Really 10/10 experience. Another positive point is that you can check out until 12:00, normally check-out is always in between 10am and 11am, and this one gives you a full hour more, you can calmly wake up, get ready, still enjoy the sauna, etc.

Nice room upgrade and really friendly staff

Central location, helpful staff

Staff is so helpful, like there is laundry. Plus is easy check in.

First impressions is the reception staff - so welcoming accommodating. The room was beyond satisfactory with a fantastic comfortable clean bed. Night staff were fun and ensuring good vibe

Very helpful staff. Good location and very comfortable room. Good restaurant, great bar and elaborate breakfast.

On arrival there was a lovely lady on reception who was so kind and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located: on the river bank, relatively close to the old town and near the Guggenheim museum, etc. This place is wonderfully peaceful - I didn’t hear traffic or any other guests. I visited lovely cafes/bars in the streets behind. Quite frankly, for value for money, this could be the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in
