Good location, parking & price

Everything, the staff, the place, the food. I love Viana do Castelo I love Portugal I wish I was living there.

location within walking distance of the town centre. Breakfast was ok, coffee excellent. Supermarket across the road from the hotel. Very short stroll from the ferry and beautiful area to walk in the evenings. lots of small bars and cafes. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Lúcia at the reception was very very helpful. She went out of her way to help us get around. Always greeted our mornings with a smile.

Location is excellent. 5 minutes walk from the bus station. A good selection of coffee shops and restaurants close by. There is a good little restaurant in the building with very nice staff. I liked the “Spanish Cafe” close to the bus station for a good breakfast. One excellent restaurant with very nice food was Neptune. Excellent sea food among other things. It’s a few minutes walk. Bedoya hotel is an excellent place to stay. Everything was spotless and all the staff were super nice and professional. The check in process is very simple and the staff all spoke good English. Highly recommend.

Fabulous reception, wonderful staff! made us feel so welcome and at home. Loved the restaurant, impeccable. Room was so lovely, hotel was extremely clean, smelt beautiful. Fabulous location too. Will definetely stay again, highly recommended.

I like everything in general, but the receptionist was amazing . He was very kind and polite.I recommend it to anyone to stay. The facility is beautiful and cozy, also super clean. We used the free parking outside. Absolutely recommend!

Beautiful position, staff and restaurant are fantastic. So close to the bus station to reach other interesting places.

We had a big lovely clean room with all the amenities. There was a humidifying fan which was great for the heat. The stay were lovely and informative even more so with the language barrier but we still had loverly conversations. Definitely likely to stay again as close and easy access to the ferry at Santander.

We liked to very much .the staff were very helpful, and pleased we had a wonderful stay there .we will be back.

Everything about this place is great!

Large room in a great location. I normally have hotels that don't have an in person check in but it went very smoothly and I was able to get into my room early. Having a mini fridge was great and laundry next to the hotel was a big plus.

Comfortable bed, cosy room. The hotel is well located and very clean. Stuff is very nice and attentive to your needs

Nothing to fault here at all .. rooms have obviously been fully renovated and look great and very comfortable. Reception staff were great and location was perfect. A great nights rest and a wonderful shower experience!

I stayed at this hotel a few days ago during my trip, and I was honestly so impressed! The bed was incredibly comfortable—I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. Plus, the location was super convenient, close to everything I needed. I’d definitely stay there again

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Amazing room, super clean, perfect central location, delicious generous breakfast, attentive staff - truly a marvel and I would love to return.

Beautifully updated building in a great walkable location- there is a Michelin rated restaurant just a block away. The property was very clean and the updates seemed very recent. Well maintained. I will go back for sure! Occasionally could hear another group walking to their rooms (halls have wooden floors) but other than that the space was very quiet.

Fast room service, good breakfast with plenty of options, location in the city center close to a lot of good places (restaurants, bars, museums,...)
