The suites are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. They also offer secure parking for an additional cost, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. One small suggestion for winter stays would be to pre-warm the room an hour before guests arrive, as it would make the atmosphere even cozier upon arrival. Overall, the hospitality was excellent, and we highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We were only visiting Santander for one night and the location of this hotel is unbeatable - you're right next to the main square for restaurants and a short walk from the port. There was a little festival happening outside in Plaza de Pombo which was really fun. The room itself was a great size and very comfortable, with strong air conditioning. There's no free parking but you're a short walk away from a large underground car park.

We loved the hotel! We stayed there because of an early morning flight and the location was perfect to get to the airport (5 mins by car). We travelled with a baby and there was a cot provided for us and free parking in the underground car park. We had dinner in the restaurant to not have to leave the hotel and the food was lovely. The bar area has a nice area to sit for drinks. The staff were friendly and it was very clean. We will definitely be back!

Very close to beach. Excellent underground parking included with room in an area with very limited street parking. Nice bedroom, well furnished and very clean.

Centrally located overlooking the beautiful El Sardineiro beach this is an imposing building.
There is no street parking available so it is necessary to use their car park which is underground and is reached by a car lift-quite unique but expensive at 17 euros per day.
Our room was as requested with a sea view and a large and well appointed shower room.
We ate in the cafeteria rather than the restaurant where the food was good. We were offered a 3 course meal with wine and coffee for 22 euros each.

Hotel has an old quaint colonial feel about it. Lots of old wooden panels and staircases. Easy access to car park off main road with plenty of free parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were ok but a bit firm. Hotel is quite high up from the Old Town. 15/20 minute walk. One tip which saves your weary legs after a night out is to use the street called C. Antonio Mendoza. This street has escalators installed! Fantastic way to climb the hill 😎 Brings you out by La Taberna Radio bar near the hotel.
